Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Nicole Fears for Her Future – Paul Accepts Sonny’s Proposal – Chad and Abigail Rejoice Over Engagement

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Monday, August 21, tease that Nicole (Arianne Zucker) will try to remember more about the night of the Martin house party. Brady (Eric Martsolf) is convinced that Eric (Greg Vaughan) is to blame for Deimos’ (Vincent Irizarry) death. He believes Eric’s possession of the amulet proves he’s Deimos’ murder.

However, Nicole just had a flashback of holding the amulet that evening. She knows that can’t be good news. Nicole will worry that she might’ve plunged the knife into Deimos’ chest. She may believe Eric took the amulet and stashed it away to protect her. Nicole realizes that Eric would be willing to cover up her actions.

“Days” spoilers say Brady will push Nicole to see what else she can recall. Nicole may or may not be able to do that, but her concerns will definitely grow. Nicole is supposed to get Holly back soon, so she’ll be fearful of the consequences. Potential murder charges certainly aren’t what she’s looking for right now.

DOOL fans will see Nicole start to panic, but Brady will still think Eric is responsible. They may even explore other options. While they mull it over, Abigail (Marci Miller) and Chad (Billy Flynn) will have a reason to celebrate. Chad just asked Abigail to marry him and she’ll be absolutely thrilled.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers state that Chad and Abby will get started on their wedding plans right away. They’ll be excited about their decision to be husband and wife again. Meanwhile, Sonny (Freddie Smith) will have a similar idea. He’ll wonder if Paul (Christopher Sean) is ready to take the next step in their relationship.

When Sonny suggests they should get married, Paul will quickly get on board. They’ll toast with a couple bottles of bubbly as they prepare for their future together. Later, “Days” spoilers say Chad and Sonny will ask each other the same question. They’ll both find themselves in need of a best man.

Sonny and Chad will undoubtedly share a laugh about their same-day proposals. It sounds like some happiness is finally hitting Salem, but more drama is looming.
