‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Gabi Interrupts Chad and Abigail’s Sweet Moment – JJ Gets a Promotion – Ciara and Abigail’s Uncomfortable Chat

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Friday, January 6, tease that Abigail (Marci Miller) will have an uncomfortable conversation with Ciara (Vivian Jovanni). It looks like they’ll bump into each other and share a few awkward moments. Abby’s return from the “dead” has certainly made things complicated.

Ciara tried to console Chad (Billy Flynn) after Abigail’s death. She fell for him and was convinced they could have a future together. Obviously, that was a silly teenage dream. Chad had no interest in Ciara, but his pain should still be on her mind. Ciara may not like the fact that Abigail put Chad in that dark place.

Nevertheless, Abigail will focus on getting her life back. She’s determined to make Chad love her again and she thinks she’s well on her way. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers state that Chad and Abby will have a nice outing with Thomas. They’ll take him for a stroll and spend some time bonding as a family. Abigail should be feeling pretty optimistic.

Unfortunately, the situation will shift when Gabi (Camila Banus) appears. Now that Abigail is back, Chad can’t help but feel something for her. He considered Abigail the love of his life before she faked her death. However, Chad’s feelings for Gabi haven’t gone away. He was just about to move forward with her when Abigail reentered the picture.

“Days” spoilers reveal that Chad and Gabi will eventually talk about everything that’s transpired. They’ll try to figure out how to handle all of this. Of course, Gabi will have other issues to deal with. She’ll end up seeing JJ (Casey Moss) in Friday’s DOOL episode and it will lead to some additional stress.

At least JJ will get some good news. He’ll learn he’s being promoted to detective for the Salem PD. This should open up some intriguing story options for JJ. “Days of Our Lives” fans will be anxious to see what’s in store. Danger and mystery are always ahead when detective work is involved.

Elsewhere, Valerie (Vanessa Williams) and Theo (Kyler Pettis) will have a heated discussion. She just confronted him about the bug she found in her purse. Theo will bring up the problems he has with Valerie and she’ll do her best to understand where he’s coming from. Still, there could be some lingering tension for these two.

Speaking of tension, we could see more of it for Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) and Ciara. When Claire spots Ciara and Theo growing closer, she’ll be quite concerned. “Days” rumors hint that conflict could erupt before long. We’ll give you updates as other info comes in.
