Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Eric Makes a Huge Sacrifice for Brady and Nicole

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of September 25 tease that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will make a huge sacrifice. He does it to benefit Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf.) What is this sacrifice and is he really doing the right thing?

Brady finds out that his suspicions about his brother were right all along. When he confronts the former priest, he admits he has feelings for Nicole. Things between the two Salemites will get intense, especially when Eric refuses to obey Brady’s orders.

Eric doesn’t want to cause problems for Nicole. Trying to do the right thing, he decides to leave Salem. He will walk away from his family and friends. He will also abandon his work at the Horton Center. Eric has really made a difference in people’s lives. Yet, he is willing to give it all up for one woman.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Eric and Brady both want Nicole. However, how each man deals with that is very different.

Even though Nicole might have feelings for Brady, love isn’t making her stay. She seems to be walking on eggshells. She worries about how Brady will perceive even the most innocent act or conversation. She is constantly on edge when her boyfriend is around. She isn’t staying out of love, she remains with Brady out of fear.

Brady is jealous, manipulative, goes into stalker mode and even trashes hotel rooms. Nicole isn’t an equal or a human being to Brady. She is a possession, a trophy, something that he owns and controls.

His goal is to keep Nicole and drive a wedge between anything that threatens his romance. He will do it even if it hurts the woman he claims to care about. This isn’t love or passion, it’s abusive. Unfortunately, “Days of Our Lives” spoilers indicate Brady’s behavior continues to escalate.

When Nicole finds out that Eric left town, will she try to find him? Will the sudden decision force both of them to admit to their real feelings? “Days of Our Lives” spoilers imply they will at some point. However, don’t expect “Ericole” to last for very long. Arianne Zucker’s final scenes air in late November.
