Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Alison Sweeney Teases Sami Brady’s DOOL Return

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers confirm Sami Brady pops back into Salem at the end of this week. Alison Sweeney discussed her first day back on set. She also spoke about reuniting with the cast and how things have changed.

Sami Brady returns on Friday the 13th. “DOOL” spoilers reveal that is the same day that she finds John Black (Drake Hogestyn) in a “grave” situation. That is also the first person she encountered on her first day back at work.

When they reunited, Hogestyn had to hear the details about Sweeney’s knee injury. Apparently, he really enjoys a “good medical story.” Several months after the injury, she made progress in her recovery. However, at the time of filming, she was still having issues. Don’t worry, the cast and crew were very accommodating.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers hinted that new head writer Ron Carlivati would make a lot of changes. It seems that the storylines and characters were not the only things to be adjusted. Filming is done at an even faster pace than before. Also, the countdown to when the cameras begin rolling was also a bit different, which threw the actress for a loop. She jokingly reprimanded the crew for changing things after 22 years.

The “DOOL” alum has worked with most of the cast before However, there are some people that she interacted with for the first time. One was Christopher Sean, who plays Paul Narita. The other was Marci Miller, who replaced Kate Mansi as Abigail.

On social media, Miller has been the target of bullying ever since she made her debut appearance. However, the cast has defended the actress. Billy Flynn, who plays Chad DiMera, blasted one Twitter user for insulting Marci, then sucking up to him a few minutes later.

Alison Sweeney had nothing but wonderful things to say about the woman who plays Abigail. She enjoyed working with her and said she is very sweet.

Speaking of Sami and Abby, “Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that the two will share an intense scene. Abigail walks into the DiMera mansion to catch Sami planting a kiss on Chad. It is obviously revenge for Abby’s affair with EJ DiMera (formerly EJ Scott.)
