Days of Our Lives POLL: Who Do You Want Gabi With? VOTE!

Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) has been through a lot when it comes to her love life and choice in partner, especially when she was involved in a possessive Nick Fallon (Blake Berris); a relationship that came to an end when Gabi shot and killed him.

DOOL’s Gabi is just starting a relationship with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), but these two have long since loved each other. Gabi and Chad initially dated in high school but had appeared to move on from each other through the years. After his marriage to Abigail Deveraux (then-Kate Mansi) ended abruptly when she faked her own death; Chad moved on with Gabi.

When Abigail returned, Chad was emotionally destroyed, stuck between loving two women. Abigail walked away, almost secretly hoping Chad would choose her, and he did, until the plane crash leaving him stranded with her nemesis, Gabi. A man can only take so much pushing away before he moves on. He clearly loves Gabi and her daughter Arianna Horton; but is love enough for them to make it through the crazy world they live in?

Days of Our Lives recently brought FBI Agent Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) to Salem recently where he discovered he was the grandson of Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). He quickly became intrigued with Gabi, but knew her heart belonged to Chad. Eli was there to comfort her as she watched the love of her life attempt to repair his fragile marriage.

Eli is a man with great morals, but their budding relationship was hitting far too many rough patches when it was clear his grandmother never forgave Gabi for murdering her beloved nephew Nick. Did this couple really have a chance, or were they just “two ships passing in the night”?

What about Days of Our Lives Gabi and JJ Deveraux’s (Casey Moss) relationship? JJ didn’t appear to be boyfriend material for Gabi after he had not only dated her half-sister, Paige Lawson (True O’Brien) but repeatedly cheated on her. Gabi forgave JJ more than once; but in the end, their relationship couldn’t survive her longing for JJ’s brother-in-law, Chad and his feelings for Lani Price (Sal Stowers).
