Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Weekly Spoilers Dec 18 to 22: Suicidal JJ’s Reunion with Jack – Rest of Salem Enjoys Christmas Cheer

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of December 18-22 tease that JJ (Casey Moss) will struggle under the weight of his guilt. When the investigation into Theo’s (Kyler Pettis) shooting clears him, JJ will feel even worse. Part of him will be glad he’s not facing jail time, but another part of him will hate that Theo’s the only one suffering.

JJ won’t feel like he deserves to get away with his actions or even live for that matter. After Abe (James Reynolds) gets terrible updates on Theo’s condition, JJ will decide there’s no hope. He won’t want to stick around if Theo isn’t going to wake up. “Days” spoilers say JJ will give away any belongings of value and write emotional letters to his loved ones.

Once JJ has made all the preparations, he’ll make one last call to Jennifer (Melissa Reeves). She’ll quickly realize that something’s up. DOOL’s weekly preview video shows Jen looking nervous as she talks to her son. She’ll grow concerned by some of JJ’s cryptic comments, but he won’t stay on the phone for long. JJ will tell Jennifer that he has to go and she’ll be left to fear the worst.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers say JJ will make sure his gun’s loaded as he gets ready to commit suicide. Just before he pulls the trigger, a vision of Jack (Matthew Ashford) will appear. JJ will break down as he opens up to his father about his situation. Jack will give JJ some good advice, which will prompt a change of heart.

Later, JJ will also get some encouragement from Gabi (Camila Banus). They’ll share some warm moments in the week ahead. Meanwhile, the Horton Christmas tree will need some decorations. Everyone connected to this core family will continue the tradition of hanging their personalized ornaments.

“Days” spoilers state that Eli (Lamon Archey) will be excited to add his bauble this year. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will be just as delighted to watch her grandson participate. Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) will have a fierce faceoff at this gathering, but they should end the night on a peaceful note.
