Wracked with guilt, tortured Daniel takes twisted justice into his own hands on “Coronation Street.” Unable to live with the horrible truth of his own sick actions, the young man has engaged in self harm; will he now try to take his own life?
Daniel has just been exposed as the person responsible for pushing Ken Barlow, his own father, down a flight of stairs. Ken was left for dead at the bottom of the staircase, and callous Daniel stepped over him, leaving him without so much as a remorseful glance. What was he thinking?
Now it seems that karma has caught up with the troubled lad, and he’s having a hard time living with himself knowing what he did, let alone being arrested for the crime! But, showing the immense forgiveness that is the sole domain of mothers and fathers everywhere, Ken has not turned against his son, but instead has chosen to stand by him. It is clear to Ken that Daniel is not in his right mind, and the forgiving father will do what he can to help his wayward son.
In a bid to get Daniel back on track, Ken suggests that he see a counselor to process through his thoughts and feelings. The remarkably understanding father tells Daniel that he will foot the bill, but Daniel turns him down, saying that he is not worthy of help.
Instead Daniel seeks out a drug dealer named Rich; he lies and says that the drugs are for someone else. Explosive show spoilers reveal that Robert and Adam will later find Daniel unconscious!
