Coronation Street Spoilers: Pat Phelan’s Sudden Generosity Causes New Problems at Home

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that even though Pat Phelan has had a change of heart, not everyone is very happy about it. As a matter of fact, Pat’s wife Eileen is left furious after she found out that he’s been giving out their money to those that he has done wrong.

It might be hard to believe, but Pat Phelan has a conscious. He might be the most deranged builder the Cobbles has ever seen, but he now wants to make his wrongs into rights. That’s why the Coronation Street villain is now trying to redeem himself by giving back money to those who lost on his ventures, including his recent Calcutta Street development. Unfortunately, Eileen is none too happy about it. That’s because she’s worried that he’s squandering away their life savings.

One source close to the situation told Inside Soap, “Phelan needs to watch his back! He has an awful lot of secrets and just one tiny slip-up could see them all come tumbling open! Paying off the locals may ease his conscience, but flashing a huge amount of cash around isn’t the smartest thing he’s ever done. It also leaves Eileen demanding answers about why their money is being splashed around.”

While no one knows for sure if Pat is a changed man, one thing is for certain: his new gesture might possibly cause problems between him and Eileen or worse, leave them ruined. Pat’s generosity might not last very long. Of course, fans will just have to tune in to see what will happen next!
