Coronation Street Spoilers: Pat Phelan Attacks Former Partner Vinny, Threatens To Kill His Mom, Wants Money

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that Pat Phelan isn’t wasting any time when it comes to showing his former partner-in-crime Vinny Ashford just how much he can’t stand the sight of him and how he wants revenge. New teaser photos show Phelan punching Vinny to the ground and issuing some serious threats if he doesn’t pay him all of the money he stole.

Phelan tells Vinny needs to pay up if he wants to see his mother Flora alive again. This was right after Vinny sent a thug to Pat’s house right before he and his wife Eilenn had plans to spend a quiet afternoon together. Pat was washing up in the kitchen when a man approached him from behind and hit him with a crowbar.

And while Pat has been doing plenty of shady things, actor Connor McIntyre has defended him, pointing out that he hasn’t killed anyone on the show yet. As a matter of fact, a lot of fans have actually approached him on the street about his character.

He told Britain’s The Sun, “When people say to me on the street: ‘How many have you killed now?’ I always reply: ‘I haven’t actually killed anyone yet.’ But they already think I’m a serial killer. That perception is already there. A builder was telling me that getting ‘Phelan’d’ is now a recognized term. If someone is doing something untoward, it’s called ‘doing a Phelan.’ You’ve made it as a proper ‘Corrie’ villain if that happens. It’s a real compliment.”
