Coronation Street Spoilers: Mary’s Plan Sends Everyone into a Tailspin, George Lands in the Hospital

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that Mary’s actions might lead to some serious consequences. She desperately tries to keep her grandson George to herself but her wicked plans ends up causing problems for everyone and ultimately sees her rushing to the hospital with the young boy.

Apparently, Mary is none too happy with the fact that she hasn’t had an opportunity to spend much time with her grandson. To make matters worse, George’s mother Angie confides in her friend Toyah that she wants to go back to South Africa. The news leaves Mary distraught as she tries to figure out a way to keep Jude, Angie and George from leaving. That’s when she basically forces Angie to have an afternoon off so she can babysit George.

Angie can’t help but tell Toyah that she’s had enough of her mother-in-law and her overbearing ways. That’s when she tells Mary that she’s had enough and is planning to return to South Africa. Mary pleads with her to have one last trip with George before they leave. But when Mary and George don’t return, Angie panics. Adam then finds Mary and George hiding in a flower shop. Mary was hoping to wait it out so that Angie and Jude would miss their flight.

Adam warns Mary that if she doesn’t take her grandson home, she can end up losing her family altogether. Distraught and in tears, Mary apologizes for her actions and complies. Unfortunately, she then notices that something is terribly wrong with George. They rush to the hospital with Mary fearing the worst.
