Coronation Street Spoilers: Craig Tinker To Arrest His Mum

Coronation Street’s Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) has recently become a member of the police force, even though we know him for his cuddly nature. He is doing well despite some harrowing experiences with crooked cops and violent thugs. However, his job is about to get a whole lot harder when the criminal in question is his very own mother.

Coronation Street spoilers tease that Beth (Lisa George) is going to be caught shop lifting in an upcoming episode and it will be Craig who catches her. The theft occurs in a fancy dress shop but it is not clear what Beth has attempted to take or in fact if she is even guilty. Craig is going to face a dilemma, will he let his mother go and face the consequences or will he arrest her to prove that he is a good cop?

Craig will be under immense pressure as he is being watched closely by his new boss, Donnaleigh Bailey will be playing his new chief. She is famous for being in Doctors, a day time soap. And she is not going to go easy on the young man. Craig loves his new job in the police force but is it worth more to him than his mother?

Beth obviously thinks that her son should stand up for her and will be furious if he does not. Will this create some tension at home? If Craig is too quick to judge his mum and prove that he abides by the law, no matter the criminal is. It has not yet been revealed what Craig will do in this moral dilemma, after dealing with the despicable Neil (Ben Cartwright), this should be a breeze for Craig. But as we know he has a soft heart and this is likely to tear him apart.
