Coronation Street Spoilers: Corrie Takes On Dark Human Trafficking Story – Bethany Sold For Sex!

“Coronation Street,” is about to embark on a very seedy, very serious storyline. Coming up, viewers will see schoolgirl Bethany sold for sex. Human trafficking is a very real problem, and obviously Corrie exec’s aren’t afraid to show how the situation is affecting all levels of society.

When Nathan Curtis hit town, it was obvious he was a bad seed. The smooth talker ingratiated himself into the lives of Weatherfield residents, and now it looks like Bethany will be his latest victim.

First the dirty dog used Mel Maguire, and now he has his sights set on naïve Bethany. Will she be able to see through the con he’s selling?

According to show spoilers, young Bethany will not be able to resist Nathan’s charms, nor his manipulations. In fact, Nathan will succeed in using Bethany in the worst way possible, by prostituting her!

Impressionable Bethany is flattered by Nathan’s attention, but he has nothing but bad intentions where she’s concerned. If Bethany thinks that Nathan has genuine feelings for her, she’s dead wrong.

Unfortunately Bethany’s low sense of self-esteem and self-worth will get in the way of her ability to see and think clearly; the blond teen won’t know what hit her until it’s too late.

And, once Bethany realizes the trap she’s entered, she won’t be able to exit quickly or cleanly. How will the vulnerable young woman handle the realization that she’s been used and abused? Are Corrie viewers about to see a shocking side of Bethany as she becomes Nathan’s pawn?

Once Bethany enters the world of prostitution, viewers can expect to see some outrageous scenes. Do you think that TPTB are right to introduce such a hot topic, and involve a young person like Bethany in the storyline?
