Coronation Street Spoilers: Billy Plays Matchmaker! Adam Barlow and Eva Price Spark New Romance?

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that Weatherfield has a brand new couple in the works! As a matter of fact, it’s Billy Mayhew who is playing matchmaker as he manages to get Adam Barlow and Eva Prince to notice each other in a different light. But of course, Coronation Street viewers can’t help but wonder if there might be an ulterior motive behind Billy’s surprise move.

As many viewers know, Adam has had a thing for Eva for months now, but she has been keeping him at a distance, especially since she’s been having a hard time getting over Aidan Connor. That’s when Billy decides to take matters into his own hands. He sets Adam and Eva up for a dinner date with him and his partner Todd Grimshaw. It doesn’t take very long for Eva to realize that she finds Adam to be quite attractive.

But for Billy, he’s carrying a dark secret behind this setup. He’s still feeling distraught knowing that he might have killed Adam Barlow’s mother several years ago. After robbing a bank and trying to make a run for it, he ends up hitting an unidentified woman on the street. After doing a little research, Todd finds out that the woman was Susan Barlow. Billy is now having a hard time coming to terms with the truth so instead, he’s trying to help Adam by setting him up with Eva. Unfortunately, though, the truth will come out sooner rather than later.
