Coronation Street Spoilers: Bethany’s Horror Continues, Grooming Story Gets Darker!

Coronation Street’s Bethany has been caught up in a terrible story line involving grooming. Who she assumes to be her boyfriend Nathan is actually a menacing predator, and is going to use Bethany for his own means.

The sixteen-year-old has fallen hopelessly in love with her groomer and is smitten despite his constant verbal abuse. He has seen to be terribly controlling and there are even Coronation Street rumours hinting that he will lure her into a sex trafficking ring.

Corrie spoilers tease that things are set to get violent this week when he will burn the young girl with a cigarette stump, behaviour he used to use with his ex Shona.

We know he has a past of violence and aggression towards women and it is now going to come out towards poor Bethany. Fans fear she is so controlled by the menace she will do nothing to fight back.

Beth has just been victim to Niel’s attack when we will see her try to seek solace in Nathan who turns her away without any care. She is not used to him not doting on her and is worried he is losing interest.

After being raped she thought he would protect her. It is Mary who she finds comfort with, but will she reveal more than just her current turmoil? Will Mary be able to tell Bethany that her current relationship is wrong and abusive? Even if she does will Bethany listen or will she be blinded by poisonous romance?

After the shocking rape and the likely planning of another one under the guise of a party, Bethany is in troubled waters. She still loves Nathan but she knows what he is doing is very wrong. Will she let him use her for the pleasure of other men?
