Coronation Street Spoilers: Bethany Platt Finds Herself In Another Scandal With Group Of Strippers

Coronation Street spoilers tease that Bethany Platt has found herself in the middle of yet another scandal. After she came back from Milan, Bethany was hoping to rebuild her life after the harrowing grooming and abuse storyline she had to deal with. But now Bethany Platt finds herself standing up for her rights after one of her stripper friends is harassed on the job.

Bethany will once again take center stage and mount a revolt with her dancer friends in a campaign against abuse and harassment. This comes after one of the strippers she works with was groped. Bethany decided to become a lap dancer because for her, it was all about regaining control of her body and over men after the terrifying ordeal she went through.

One source close to the show told Britain’s The Sun, “Bosses wanted to show a different side to Bethany’s story. She has been through a lot and this will show an empowered side to her. It’s her overcoming what she was put through and take back the control over those men who have been awful to her previously.”

The insider added, “She is going to kick off royally and then try and lead a revolt at the strip club until things are sorted.”

What’s more, Bethany feels as though she has power over the men that come to the club because they can watch her but they can’t touch her. She’s also keeping it a secret from her friends and her family members. Of course fans will just have to tune in to see how Bethany will react to this latest ordeal.
