Coronation Street Spoilers: Anna Windass in Danger and On The Run From Pat Phelan?

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that Anna Windass might be in some serious danger before actress Debbie Rush makes her final exit from the hit soap. An Autumn teaser trailer shows Anna running away from Pat Phelan, who just happens to have a loaded gun on him.

As many Coronation Street viewers know, Anna has had an ongoing feud with the villain. And now it looks like she is on the run and fearing for her life as Pat might be after her.

In a few new snaps Anna can be seen hiding in bushes and trying to stay out of view from her attacker. If that weren’t enough, she also asks a few school children to help hide her face before she runs to a nearby phone booth to make an emergency call. There’s a good possibility that she might try and make one last phone call to her boyfriend Kevin Webster before Pat finds out about her. After all, Anna has every reason to be scared of Phelan, especially since he’s been keeping Andy Carver hostage for almost a year now.

Just last week Phelan visited an elderly woman who happened to be Vinny Ashwood’s mother. Apparently, Vinny will be back in Weatherfield, but not before Phelan pays him a visit.

Many fans believe that this might be Debbie Rush’s final scene with Coronation Street. Viewers will just have to tune in to see if Phelan will indeed pull the trigger on Anna or if she will manage to ultimately run away from him.

Debbie Rush has been playing Anna Windass since 2008 but hinted that she would be leaving the show before the end of the year. Coronation Streets airs nightly on the ITV network in Britain.
