Coronation Street Anna Windass Ends Up in Prison After Huge Police Standoff?

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that Anna Windass is getting ready to leave the Cobbles once and for all in one of the most dramatic scenes yet. As a matter of fact, new teasers suggest that Anna might end up behind bars but only after a huge standoff with the police.

According To Metro, With Anna on the run, her time is clearly running out. Evil builder Pat Phelan has once again managed to set up another one of his victims. Pat set up Anna for Seb Franklin’s recent fall. With no way to prove her innocence, things have just gone from bad to worse for Anna. Earlier teaser photos showed Anna hiding in bushes and trying to blend in with a crowd only to find out that Pat is on her heels. Unfortunately, she might be spending her future behind bars. To make matters worse, her daughter Faye has been left devastated after seeing her mother handcuffed and taken away. This might be the end for Anna, as actress Debbie Rush revealed after 9 years that she is leaving Coronation Street. And while fans are trying to figure out just how everything will go down, one thing is for certain: Anna’s final scenes will leave fans completely shocked. That’s because Pat Phelan is not done yet. He is determined to destroy Anna one way or another, especially after she revealed one of his deepest and darkest secrets to his daughter Nicola Rubenstein. Seeing how he recently killed both Andy Carver and Vinny Ashford, he’s willing to do just about anything to punish those who have done him wrong. Or at least, that’s what he thinks.
