Coronation Street Shona Shaken, Crazy Ex-Husband Dane Wants Her Lottery Winnings

Coronation Street is seeing some strange occurrences in the upcoming days. Including, but not withstanding, Shona Ramsey’s scratchcard winnings being upended by none other than Dane Hibbs. After having won £6000 on a scratchard, Shona is harrassed by Dave when he pitches up at the cafe and demands that she hands over the winnings. Crazy, curious, and courageous?

Shona, who is currently in a relationship with David Platt, has to face off against Dane in a shocking scene. Back in 2001, Shona was in an abusive relationship with insane Dane. Their son, Clayton, murdered David’s ex-wife, Kylie Platt. So the trio of psychopaths came out to play again.

According to a Coronation Street insider, “Shona is visibly shaken when Dane arrives in the café. He’s a real nasty piece of work and Shona knows all too well what he is capable of.” He demands his share of the winnings, because, you know, crazy. Shona, too afraid to back down, might confide in David about Dane’s urgent hysterics. What this would lead to is anyone’s guess. The history of violence, murder and mayhem could lead to a confrontation unheard of in Coronation Street history.

The insider continues, “Poor Shona has done everything she can to escape her past but it keeps on catching up with her. She knows Dane won’t stop until he gets his hands on her winnings, but the last thing she wants is to tell David. Things are finally going well between them and Shona doesn’t want to cause him any more problems. It’s going to be an interesting time for her as she decides what to do about it.”

What a nasty situation poor Shona is put in! It’s between a devil and a hard place. Literally. If Shona gives in to Dane’s demands, she’s basically recycling the history of abuse. If she doesn’t, well we know how crazy Dane can get. If she confides in David, he might hunt down Dane and murder him. Or something equally sinister.
