Coronation Street Past and Present Stars Pay Their Respects To Liz Dawn (PHOTOS)
Coronation Street legend and fan favourite Liz Dawn who played Vera Duckworth for over 30 years was laid to rest today (Friday, October 6, 2017)at Salford Cathedral Church of St John the Evangelist.
Corrie stars past and present attended the service to pay their respects to Liz. The elegy was delivered by Samia Longchambon (Maria Connor) with Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs).
Liz is survived by her husband Don, four children, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
We are truly devastated by the news of Liz Dawn’s passing, and we would like to extend our condolences to her friends and family and the cast of Coronation Street.
