Coronation Street Spoilers: Will Nick Tilsley Die A Miserable Death In Quicksand?

On, “Coronation Street,” are Nick’s dying words, “Tell Leanne, I’m sorry?” Will he die a miserable death in a watery grave? An explosive new show trailer shows the man literally up to his neck in cold water, slowly being pulled under by quicksand. Peter Barlow, of all people, tries to save the dying man, but is he too late?

Peter urges Nick to not give up, but he’s sinking faster than anyone can help. Peter yells, “Come on, fight for her,” but it could be too late for Nick to make things right with Leanne.

In 2010 loyal Corrie viewers were forced to take sides when Nick and Peter discovered themselves stuck in a love triangle with attractive Leanne. The family was torn apart, and now years later, the characters have gone to the sea in an attempt to fix the damage.

It’s a gray, overcast day when Nick, Peter, Steve McDonald, Leanne Battersby, Toyah, and Simon agree to meet for a possible reconciliation.

The men decide to engage in a little sporting activity, but then things take a dangerous turn for Nick. When he and Peter start to argue, Nick stomps off and Peter and Steve then get into it.

In fact, the women watch from a distance as they witness the two men start up a physical altercation. Leanne has baby Oliver, the child she and Steve conceived during a fling while she was still with Nick.

Good-hearted Nick vowed to raise Oliver with Leanne, but reality served up a difficult situation between the three parents. Now it’s anyone’s guess if Nick will survive to see the baby grow up!
