8 Coronation Street Spoilers You NEED To Know!

Coronation Street spoilers indicate that Liz McDonald’s (Beverley Callard) plan to blackmail Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) might backfire on her. Meanwhile, Pat Phelan’s (Connor McIntyre) secret is exposed while his wife Eileen (Sue Cleaver) is spotted with a new scar on her face. Meanwhile, Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) receives devastating news about Katy Armstrong (Georgia May Foote) in Portugal. Here are 8 things you need to know this week’s Coronation Street’s spoilers.

1. Liz McDonald is stirring the pot by causing problems for Toyah Battersby at The Rovers. Toyah is worried about the future of the pub after she had a horrible meeting with Tom Ridley last week.

2. Liz agrees to meet Tom for a romantic dinner. What she doesn’t realize though is that she might be out of a job if the pub’s sales continue to take a hit as she will be the first one to go if Toyah is forced to take matters into her own hands. That’s when Liz tries to come up with a plan to help save The Rovers while trying to make her job at the pub a little easier for herself, too.

3. Billy Mayhew loses everything he will finally explain the guilt he has over the death of Susan Barlow, Peter Barlow’s (Chris Gascoyne) sister.  Fights and kerfuffles will follow.

4. Eileen’s injuries are just adding more trouble for Phelan. She was spotted with what looks like a deep cut above her left eye while attending a Christmas carol concert with her son Todd Grimshaw. Eileen looks like she wants to be anywhere but at the concert, as she’s worried that she might be attacked again.

5. Teaser photos also reveal that there will be a deadly showdown between Pat and Anna. The two have been at odds every since Phelan threatened to blackmail Anna.

6. Things are going from bad to worse for Chesney Brown. That’s because he’s not only dealing with his own health and exhaustion issues, but terrible news about his ex Katy Armstrong from Portugal.

7. Sinead Tinkler is playing games with Chesney’s heart. Even though she’s obviously impressed with Chesney’s dedication to his son, she’s been seeing her ex Daniel Osbourne behind his back.

8. Seb Franklin discovers that he has HIV in what many are calling the most hard-hitting storyline yet. His shocking diagnosis will receive a mixed reception by his friends and family, who are struggling to understand the disease.
