‘Young and Restless’ Coming and Goings: Kelly Frye Cast as Travis’ Ex

According to Soaps She Knows, actress Kelly Frye has been cast as Travis’ (Michael Roark) ex-girlfriend, Michelle. “The Young and Restless” (Y&R) viewers know that recently the truth about Travis’ past was discovered.

It was revealed to viewers how Travis had an affair with his boss’ wife and her husband found out and then boycotted Travis’ from finding work anywhere else in the town he came from but is there more it than that? With Michelle coming to Genoa City, could she be back to make Travis’ life miserable or perhaps she wants him back in her life?

This certainly would not go over well with Travis’ current girlfriend, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Needless to say, these two women will not be friends. Could Michelle’s presence in Genoa City be more earth shattering and revealing than we know? Is it possible that she has come to drop a baby bombshell on him? No word yet on why Michelle has decided to drop in on Genoa City but you can bet it won’t be good news for Victoria and Travis and will definitely be testing their relationship.

If Travis’ does decide that what he and Victoria have is not strong enough, will this push Victoria to go back to Billy (Jason Thompson)? This could happen especially since his affair with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) has hit the fan.

Another speculation is that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) could be behind bringing Michelle to Genoa City? But why, to what end? What is his goal in bringing Travis’ ex to town? As with any soap storyline, there is always more to the story. You can bet there is something else in the woodwork with his ex-girlfriend. “Young and Restless” viewers can expect to see Michelle starting on Thursday, November the 10th.
