“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, May 12, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will grill Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy (Jason Thompson) about their close moment. In the park, Billy leaves Phyllis to handle it and he heads off. Phyllis explains that she wanted Billy to talk to Natalie (Mara McCaffray) about Passkey. Fiona’s name comes up and Jack hints that Phyllis is jealous. He doesn’t recognize Phyllis anymore.
Elsewhere, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) drops off her key to Kevin (Greg Rikaart). He wants Mariah to reconsider, but she’s done. Natalie tries to get Kevin to cheer up, but it doesn’t work. She suggests they should go back to Kevin’s place, but he urges her to focus on Passkey instead. Natalie is hesitant. She’s worried about getting involved again. Kevin insists everything will be fine.
At Dylan (Steve Burton) and Sharon’s (Sharon Case) house, he fills her in on Stitch’s (Sean Carrigan) current problems. Dylan can’t imagine how hard it was to have Max (Jared Breeze) taken away. As Mariah arrives, Dylan departs.

Mariah starts talking about Sharon’s miscarriage and how she kept trying to have a baby. Sharon gets uncomfortable, but Mariah points out that it turned out OK. Mariah discusses her issues with Kevin and says she needs a place to stay. She asks if she can move in her old room.
Sharon wonders if she’s certain that’s what she really wants and Mariah’s sure. Mariah mentions Sharon’s secret again. She’s touched that Sharon trusted her. The ladies share a hug. Kevin shows up later and says he doesn’t want Mariah to move out. She won’t budge, so Kevin leaves a key in case she changes her mind. He says Mariah’s room will be waiting for her.
At the athletic club, Lily (Christel Khalil) rants at Neil (Kristoff St. John) over his kidnapping and lies. She thinks Neil should come clean to the cops. Meanwhile, Abby (Melissa Ordway) worries that Stitch blames her for what happened with Max. She pleads her case and hopes that Stitch will understand.
Stitch tells Abby that it wasn’t her fault. She was right about Max. Abby wants to help Stitch through this, but he fears it will be tough on Max if she’s involved. Abby is concerned about Stitch’s attempt to go through this alone. Y&R rumors hint that Abby and Stitch may struggle to connect in the coming weeks.
At the hospital, Paul (Doug Davidson) hands Max off to a doctor and reminds him that honesty is the best policy. Stitch tells Dylan he’s sorry about how he reacted to everything. Dylan understands that this is difficult. Stitch wishes he’d put Max in therapy sooner. Paul assures Stitch that there’s still time for Max to get the help he needs.

Max comes out after his meeting with the doctor. Unfortunately, Max showed no real remorse for his actions. The doctor warns that it’s not safe for Max to go home. Stitch breaks the news to his son. Max calls Stitch a liar and yells that he hates him. He’s dragged away screaming.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will discuss the fate of the trial. At the lab, they worry that Lily will blab and blow everything. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) walks in and Abby isn’t far behind. They head to Ashley’s office and Abby opens up about how she can’t help Stitch. Ashley insists that just being there for Stitch is enough.
In a suite, Stitch can’t bring himself to talk about what’s going on with Max. Abby embraces her husband. Downstairs at the bar, Hilary urges Jack to vent about his problems. Back with Neil and Lily, he explains that Devon (Bryton James) could be charged as an accessory if a confession is made. Dr. Neville and Ashley’s project would go up in flames, too.
Lily sighs that she’ll keep the secret, but this has changed her view of Neil. She finds Hilary near the front, throws out some insults and splashes a drink in her face. Across town, Phyllis rushes to Billy’s house and states that they need to steer clear of each other. Jack knows something is going on between them.
Billy wonders why Phyllis keeps coming over if this isn’t what she wants. Phyllis starts to get angry, but Billy quickly shifts the mood by pulling her into a kiss. They sink onto the staircase and have a steamy make-out session. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on their escalating passion.
