‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday June 14: Billy & Phyllis Make Love, Jack Arrives – Adam Grills Ian About Escape Plan – Michael Gives Adam Bad News

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, June 14, tease that Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will be the bearer of more bad news. At the penthouse, Michael says the lab tech was connected to Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) and the drug trial. There was no tie to Victor (Eric Braeden) and there’s no way to prove the journal was forged. That means Ian’s (Ray Wise) testimony is all they have to work with.

Adam (Justin Hartley) wants to get on the stand and make his case, but Michael advises against it. Once Adam heads off to see Ian, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) worries that Ian didn’t really secure a confession. Michael doesn’t think it matters as long as Ian creates some doubt in the courtroom. Meanwhile, Victor sulks in solitary confinement. Meredith (Alicia Coppola) asks the warden if she can drop off some pills to Victor, but he won’t allow it.

As Ian listens nearby, Meredith gives someone else orders to deliver a note to Victor. She tells him to say he’s sick. Ian sends a note of his own and hints that he’s bored without Victor to bother. He asks how Vic’s family is doing. Back in the infirmary, Meredith gazes at a photo of Victor and looks thoughtful.

Later, Adam shows up to see Ian. He asks some questions and figures out that Ian intends on escaping before he testifies. Adam thinks he could help if Ian sticks around a little longer. Elsewhere, Billy (Jason Thompson) gets irritated with Bethany (Chrishell Stause) when she suggests he lets others make choices for him. He tosses Bethany out of his house.

Bethany runs into Victoria (Amelia Heinle) as she’s leaving. She makes a remark about Billy being in love with someone else. Victoria mentions that Johnny left his bear there, but she offers to listen to Billy’s dilemma. He won’t open up, so Victoria heads on her way.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Jack (Peter Bergman) will wonder why Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is so upset. Near the pool bar, Phyllis blames it on Billy’s ill-advised romance with Bethany. Jack thinks Phyllis is a good friend. He’s glad Phyllis cares about Billy. Phyllis claims she needs to speak with someone about the foundation and takes off.

Bethany appears and guesses that Jack must know by now. Jack says he should’ve seen it coming. He hints that he feels bad Bethany got her heart broken. Bethany is surprised that Jack is worried about her at a time like this. She expresses her gratitude and tells Jack he’s a nice guy.

Back at Billy’s place, Phyllis admits that she just couldn’t tell Jack the truth. Billy says he’ll have to do it himself or else he won’t be able to stay away from Phyllis. She confesses that she can’t avoid Billy either. They strip their clothes off and make love on the couch. Afterwards, Jack arrives and calls out. Billy and Phyllis rush to get dressed before Jack enters.

At Hank’s bar, Travis (Michael Roark) gets a surprising phone call. He’s informed that he no longer has any payments that are past due. Travis figures Victoria took care of it and isn’t pleased. When Victoria walks in, Travis confronts her about the payments. Victoria assures Travis that she didn’t make them. She changes the subject to Travis’ lies about his past.

Travis admits that he was a commodities broker, but he grew to hate that life. He hints that he was scared off when he found out Victoria was part of that same financial world. Travis is apologetic for letting his own issues cloud his view. He wants Victoria’s forgiveness and she gives it. They agree to be a couple and share a kiss.

Of course, we know that no one stays happy for very long in Genoa City. What other difficulties will Travis and Victoria face? Y&R rumors hint that Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) will stir up more trouble soon. Stay tuned to the CBS soap for updates on what Luca has up his sleeve.
