‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday July 26: Chloe Laughs At Adam’s Incarceration, Chelsea Throws Madwoman Out – Billy’s Affair Stuns Jill

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, July 26, tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will open up to Anita (Catherine Bach). At the penthouse, Chelsea explains that Adam (Justin Hartley) doesn’t want to see Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). Chelsea wants her son to know that his father was framed, but Anita hints that the Internet will tell Connor a different story when he’s older.

Chelsea starts ranting at Anita. She insists that Adam is innocent and she has to find a way to get her husband back. At the state pen, Adam desperately wants Michael (Christian LeBlanc) to prove he was set up. Michael insists that he’s working on it. Later, Anita stops by and urges Adam to set Chelsea free. Michael returns and Adam says to tell Chelsea that he can no longer have visitors. He’s trying to face reality.

At the athletic club, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) make plans to talk to Victor (Eric Braeden) at the ranch. They want to get to the bottom of the oil spills and any other news that needs to be sorted out. Nearby, Jack (Peter Bergman) tells Jill (Jess Walton) that she should back off Billy (Jason Thompson). If Billy doesn’t want to be with Victoria, then that’s his decision.

Jill maintains that Billy loves Victoria and she’ll do whatever she can to help them reunite. The conversation shifts to Jack’s marriage. Jill thinks Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) needs to get her act together. Someone else could catch Jack’s eye. He assures Jill that Phyllis is the only woman he wants.

At Billy’s place, he makes love with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) in the bedroom. Afterward, they cuddle and discuss their plans. Phyllis wants a future with Billy. She indicates that there are no more doubts. Phyllis says she’ll officially end her marriage and they can go public down the road. They realize they’re going to cause Jack pain, but they’re in agreement that this is the right move.

Jill arrives and spots Phyllis’ blouse downstairs. She sneaks up and peeks in at the lovebirds. Jill is shocked and considers giving Jack updates. Billy feels at peace knowing he’s finally getting what he wants. “The Young and the Restless” rumors hint that Billy may be a bit too optimistic. Y&R viewers will want to stay tuned for the drama ahead.

At home, Victor argues with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) about the missing journal entries. She claims she burned them. Victor threatens to take Chloe’s daughter away, but she says she’ll expose their partnership. Victor warns Chloe about the dangerous game she’s playing. He sends her away just before Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) walks in.

Later, Victoria and Nick visit Victor to talk about the oil crisis. They wonder who was behind the spills and consider Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) as a possibility. Jack shows up and overhears them talking about a plan. He suggests that calling a truce with Phyllis should be included in it.

Victor scoffs that it won’t work if Phyllis still wants vengeance. He hints that Jack doesn’t know his wife if he believes Phyllis isn’t plotting revenge. Meanwhile, Phyllis returns to her suite. She’s surprised to see Jill, who obviously has something to say.

Back at Chelsea’s place, she’s stunned when Chloe shows up on her doorstep. Chelsea invites Chloe in and they catch up. Chloe assures Chelsea that she’s done with therapy and has let go of her need to avenge Delia’s (Sophie Pollono) death. Chelsea talks about Adam being framed by his father. Chloe chuckles at Adam’s misfortune and Chelsea isn’t pleased.

Chelsea tears up about Connor’s dad being taken away from him. Chloe offers an apology and makes a quick exit. Will Chloe ever change her mind about hiding the evidence that will exonerate Adam? Stick with the CBS soap to see where this storyline is headed next.
