“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, February 2, tease that Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) announcement will give Neil (Kristoff St. John) hope. At Jabot, Hilary declares that she couldn’t sign the divorce papers. Neil wonders if that means she’s going to give her marriage to Devon (Bryton James) another chance. Hilary isn’t sure what she should do, but Neil thinks her heart holds the answers.
At Top of the Tower, Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman), Jill (Jess Walton) and Colin (Tristan Rogers) see Cane (Daniel Goddard) meeting with Michael (Christian LeBlanc). Jill fears that could mean bad news for Cane’s marriage to Lily (Christel Khalil). Meanwhile, Cane tells Michael that he just can’t seem to get past Lily’s cheating. Michael recalls how he learned to trust Lauren again.
Cane and Michael walk over to Jill, Colin and Lauren’s table. Colin and Jill are preparing to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Jill mentions the fact that Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) are back together. When Jill brings up Cane and Lily’s relationship, he’s not interested in talking about it. Jill asks Cane to come to the athletic club in an hour. Once Cane departs, Jill fills in the rest of the group on her plan.
At the athletic club, Devon and Lily talk about their situations. They wonder why Hilary refuses to sign the divorce papers. Lily points out that nothing’s changed with Hilary. Similarly, nothing has changed with Cane. Devon suggests that things will get better with Cane eventually.
Lily takes a call about the anniversary celebration just as Neil arrives. She tells Devon and Neil that they’re invited. Afterwards, Michael calls Neil and gives him updates on Jill’s scheme. Elsewhere, Hilary looks at her wedding ring and remembers good times with Devon. She texts Devon and Neil urges him to go see her.
The gang arrives for the anniversary party and Jill begins to tell a story. Cane smiles at Lily during Jill’s narrative. Colin acts distracted with his phone and Jill scolds him. The issue of trust comes up. Lauren talks about the understanding she has with Michael. Cane looks thoughtful and pulls Lily aside. They leave to discuss their relationship. After Lily and Cane are gone, the others toast to their handiwork.
In a suite, Cane admits that he misses Lily and she feels the same way. They end up making love. In Hilary’s suite, she confesses that she remembers everything and wants to be with Devon. He brings up the fact that Hilary slept with Neil. Hilary is apologetic and wants another chance. Devon isn’t sure he can go through all of this again. Downstairs, Neil drinks alone.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say there’ll be major tension between Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) and Sage (Kelly Sullivan). At Fairview, Sage tells Dr. Anderson she’s sorry about attacking her. Dr. Anderson doesn’t believe her apology is sincere. She thinks Sage should steer clear of Nick (Joshua Morrow) and leave town once she’s released. Sage scowls once Dr. Anderson leaves.
At Crimson Lights, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) says that Sage is sick and may not be coming home for a while. Nick hears Faith and wonders how she knows. Sharon (Sharon Case) pipes up that she informed Faith. She asks why Sage is being treated by Dr. Anderson since Nick doesn’t like her. Nick fibs that he thinks Dr. Anderson can help.
Later, Nick talks to Sage on the phone. Sage says Dr. Anderson definitely wants Nick, but she needs some time to find out more info on her past. Nick hangs up and calls Dr. Anderson. He asks for a meeting at Top of the Tower. Meanwhile, Sage sneaks in Dr. Anderson’s office and rummages through her belongings. She comes across a book called “Living with Paralysis.”
At Top of the Tower, Nick hints that he’s grateful for the way Dr. Anderson understands him. Dr. Anderson mentions that she hates to see Nick mistreated by women like Sage and Sharon. She doesn’t think Nick is responsible for the issues he’s faced.ff
Dr. Anderson tells Nick that she cares for him and gives him a kiss. Y&R rumors suggest that Dr. Anderson has some problems of her own and they’ll come to light soon. Stick with the CBS soap to see how this drama plays out.

I wish tht several of these stories would come to and end. Hope Dr. Anderson’s scheme’s catch up with her, Sharon and Sage find out the truth about Sully as well as Adam. Poor Nick, Dylan and Chelsea. I truly hope Billy sees the light and continue to work on his relationship with Vic, Devon and Hillary, (that’s still up in the air for me) and Neil needs to find someone else; let’s see, age appropriate.
