‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday April 26: Sharon Orders DNA Test – Kyle’s Last Day in Genoa City – Victor Wants Details on Dr. Gates Past

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, April 26, tease that Ian (Ray Wise) will find Victor (Eric Braeden) in intense pain. He’ll shout for a guard and insist that Victor needs help. Is this a ruse the pair cooked up or will Victor really need medical attention? We’ll have to wait and see, but Victor will end up in the infirmary either way.

Victor’s has been growing closer to Dr. Gates (Alicia Coppola) during all of these infirmary trips. She seems to have taken a special interest in Victor. We know Dr. Gates has some daddy issues, so it’s possible she’s looking at Victor in a fatherly context.

However, it’s also possible that these two could develop feelings for each other. A few Y&R fans have even suggested that Dr. Gates could be connected to Ian somehow. Dr. Gates is still a bit of a mystery to viewers. She’s actually a mystery to Victor as well.

Victor will decide he’d like to learn more about the intriguing Dr. Gates. He’ll ask this lovely doc to divulge some details about her past. Stay tuned to see if Dr. Gates will confide any secrets.

Meanwhile, Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) will return to Genoa City. A lot has changed for Summer (Hunter King) since we last saw Kyle. It seems absence doesn’t make the heart grow fonder in the soap world. Summer has moved on with Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) and now it’s time for Kyle to say goodbye. This is reportedly Kyle’s last day on “The Young and the Restless,” so enjoy him while you can!

Elsewhere, Sharon (Sharon Case) will wrestle with her thoughts. Thanks to Patty’s (Stacy Haiduk) comments, Sharon fears that her baby was stolen from Sage (Kelly Sullivan). Of course, there’s only one way to confirm that. Sharon will get on the phone and order a DNA test.

Sharon will swipe a glass that Sage has been using so she can hand it over to the lab tech. She’ll provide a sample of Sully’s hair, too. It won’t be long until Sharon gets the confirmation she’s dreading.
