“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, October 13, tease that Paul (Doug Davidson) will be shocked when he inadvertently upsets Patty (Stacy Haiduk). At the facility, Paul tells Patty that he likes her paintings and she hands over one as a gift. When Paul tries to show Patty a picture of Sully, she flips out. Patty shouts that Paul should just go away.
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is trying to get through security as Sharon (Sharon Case) calls and texts a warning. While Paul exits, Mariah reads a message and avoids being seen. She texts back that everything is fine. Nick (Joshua Morrow) returns after building a fire and talks to Sharon about his friendship with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). He insists that it won’t ever be more than that.
Nick mentions the perfect life Sharon has with Dylan (Steve Burton) and Sully. A guilty Sharon gets emotional. Back at the facility, Mariah speaks with Patty through the glass in the visiting area. Patty teases Mariah about stepping in for Sharon. Mariah points out that Patty will hurt a lot of people if she says anything about Sully. Patty feels like that should persuade Sharon to give her what she wants.
Mariah agrees that Patty will be free. She encourages Patty to play up the crazy angle and secure a transfer. At home, Mariah gives Sharon updates on how the meeting went. She doesn’t know if Patty will follow instructions. When Nick comes downstairs, Sharon seems ready to spill the beans. Mariah stops Sharon from saying anything she might regret.
Patty returns to her room and has a major meltdown. She yells and tosses her art supplies. At Jabot, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) gets on Jack’s (Peter Bergman) computer. Summer (Hunter King) shows up just before Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Jack walk in. Phyllis pretends she stopped by to drop off some files. Jack gripes and Summer accompanies Phyllis back to her office.
Later, Phyllis looks at her computer and can see what Jack’s doing on his screen. He types up an important memo. Jack also informs Ashley that they need a new marketing strategy to compete with Brash and Sassy. Ashley reluctantly agrees to work with Phyllis on it. She finds her and they nail down the details.
After Ashley leaves, Phyllis checks on Jack’s online activities again. She notices that Jack is chatting with a Newman Enterprises mole. The sneaky partners make plans to meet and Jack heads out. Phyllis isn’t far behind. She watches Jack trade briefcases with a businessman. Back at Jabot, Ashley studies Jack’s computer. She sees that two users are logged in and gets suspicious.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Abby (Melissa Ordway) will worry about her situation with Stitch (Sean Carrigan). At Top of the Tower, Summer hints that Abby might be looking for someone to tell her it’s OK that she’s not in love. Abby tries to convince herself that their marriage can be improved with some new memories.
Stitch meets up with Abby and encourages her to talk about happier times. Abby eventually admits she never had a moment where she knew she truly needed Stitch. There just weren’t any fireworks. Stitch will insist that things will get better, but it looks like some doubts are starting to creep in.
Y&R rumors hint that Stitch and Abby’s marriage may come to an end soon. We’ll keep you posted as more news comes in. Stick with the CBS soap to see what the future holds.
