‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday June 30: Billy Heads to Cabin, Makes Out with Phyllis – Hilary Suing Devon for Athletic Club – Neville Needs to Test Drug On Hilary

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, June 30, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will wonder what’s up with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). At the cabin, Jack reminds Phyllis that Adam’s (Justin Hartley) trial will kick off soon. They need to head back.

Phyllis says she’ll pass since Victor (Eric Braeden) is going to be there. Jack doesn’t understand why Phyllis wants to stay alone at the cabin. She indicates that she wants some peace while she deals with her hangover. Jack seems disheartened as he exits.

At Crimson Lights, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) runs into Billy (Jason Thompson) and notices he looks rough. She fears Billy is still on a destructive path, but he wants her to butt out. Ashley brings up Phyllis and the cabin trip. Billy leaves for the gym. It sounds like he needs to blow off some steam.

Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) arrives with good news, but he urges Ashley not to get her hopes up. He’s found a possible cure for the patients who are relapsing, but Hilary (Mishael Morgan) is the only one they can use for testing. The investigation blocks them from using it on the others. Ashley rushes off to find Hilary.

At the pool bar, Hilary gives Neil (Kristoff St. John) updates on her impending divorce. Devon (Bryton James) isn’t in the loop yet. Hilary thinks her relationship with Devon was doomed from the beginning. “The Young and the Restless” viewers know that Devon and Hilary have certainly faced major obstacles.

Elsewhere, Lily (Christel Khalil) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) inform Devon that Hilary wants to divorce him. She plans on suing him for the athletic club as well. Devon is outraged and intends on battling Hilary in court. Lily and Cane come up with an another solution. Devon can talk Hilary out of the divorce and make her believe they’re going to be the ultimate power couple.

Back with Hilary, her hands start to tremble and she drops her tablet. Ashley finds Hilary and fills her in on Dr. Neville’s cure. Hilary doesn’t like the idea of being a guinea pig, but Ashley thinks she’s out of options. Hilary eventually agrees to receive the treatment.

Ashley exits and Hilary tries to contact Jack. Since Jack left his phone at the cabin, Phyllis notices the call. Devon shows up to see Hilary, but she isn’t interested in talking to him.

Meanwhile, Billy speaks with Jack and learns Phyllis is by herself at the cabin. He heads over immediately. Phyllis gets upset when Billy arrives. He wants to know what happened with Jack last night. Phyllis confesses that she couldn’t have sex with her husband. As twisted as it sounds, Phyllis felt like it would mean she was cheating on Billy.

Billy admits he’s struggled to handle this, too. He can’t keep his mind off of Phyllis. They start making out and the clothes come off. Billy and Phyllis prepare to make love. Back at the club, Hilary sees Jack and asks him to come with her to the hospital. Cane and Lily watch them nearby. They fear Hilary will sink her claws into Chancellor Industries, too. Cane hopes the plan to dupe Hilary will work.

At the hospital, Devon chats with Hilary alone. She insists their marriage is finished. When pressed, Hilary comes clean about the relapse. She acknowledges that she could die. Devon says he’ll stand by Hilary through this crisis. He suggests he won’t lose Hilary to divorce or this illness.

Ashley spots Jack in the waiting area and scolds him for being there. She feels like Hilary needs Devon, not Jack. Jack insists that Devon is with Hilary right now. Dr. Neville finds Hilary yelling at her husband. She shouts that Devon should leave and Dr. Neville agrees it’s for the best. Once Devon is gone, Hilary gets emotional. She desperately needs this protocol to work. Hilary’s life is at stake.

Devon steps outside and confronts Jack about keeping Hilary’s relapse a secret. He gripes that Jack should have told him when he found out Hilary was ill. Y&R rumors hint that things could get complicated for Jack as this plot moves forward. Stick with the CBS soap to see what lies ahead.
