‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday July 14: Chloe Threatens Victor, She Will Burn Diary Pages, Victor Freaks – Sharon’s Outburst Surprises Dylan

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, July 14, tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will think everything is going to work out for Adam (Justin Hartley). At the penthouse, they discuss Dylan (Steve Burton) and the tip. Chelsea thinks Dylan will find the real journal entries and Adam will have his freedom.

Michael (Christian LeBlanc) arrives and gets updates on Adam’s deal with Victor (Eric Braeden). He dashes off to see what Dylan has learned. Once he’s gone, Chelsea and Adam drink Champagne to celebrate the impending good news. They turn the romance up a notch with a love session.

Elsewhere, Sharon (Sharon Case) calls Dylan and finds out he needs to talk to Kevin (Greg Rikaart). Sharon hangs up and panics. She rants to Mariah (Camryn Grimes) about Kevin ratting her out. Sharon doesn’t want Dylan to know that she was seeing Sage (Kelly Sullivan).

Mariah thinks Kevin will stay loyal. He promised to keep the Sage visions a secret and he doesn’t know Sully’s true identity. Sharon still seems nervous. Later, she promises Sully that she’ll always be his mother. Sharon refuses to let their family be torn apart.

At Crimson Lights, Natalie (Mara McCaffray) and Kevin look at the security footage again. They notice that Victor’s accomplice managed to keep her face concealed in every shot. Dylan walks in and asks Kevin to trace the source of his tip. Michael shows up and gets filled in. The envelope Dylan found was empty and he wants to know who wasted his time.

Michael calls Adam and leaves a message about the disappointing development. Adam tells Chelsea and suggests that Victor screwed him over again. Later, Michael drops by and wants to discuss their options. He thinks they should consider a plea deal.

Kevin does some digging and finds out someone on a burner phone gave the tip. Mariah appears and confronts Kevin about sharing info with Dylan. Kevin assures Mariah that they only talked about a case. Sharon’s secret is safe. Mariah is apologetic for accusing Kevin of blabbing.

Meanwhile, Natalie realizes Victor’s partner is wearing a wig in the footage. At home, Dylan starts dropping hints about lies. Sharon freaks and says Dylan should forget whatever Kevin said. Dylan seems surprised by Sharon’s bizarre reaction.

They sit down for a picnic on the floor with Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind). Sharon gets upset when Faith starts talking about Sage. Faith says she sees Sage every day and her mommy does, too. Sharon is relieved to learn Faith is just talking about Sage’s picture.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will be the mysterious woman in Victor’s hospital room. Of course, Chloe also happens to be Victor’s accomplice. She’s not happy that Victor is now trying to let Adam off the hook. Chloe thinks Adam deserves to pay for what he did to Delia (Sophie Pollono).

Victor points out that he made sure Chloe’s daughter, Bella (Cali May Kinder), was taken care of while she was receiving treatment. He suggests that Chloe could go down for framing Adam if she hangs around town. Chloe refuses to leave Genoa City without getting justice.

When Michael pops in, Chloe turns her face so he can’t see it. Michael wants to know where the real journal entries are. He confronts Victor about the offer that Adam accepted. Victor pretends he doesn’t know what Michael is talking about.

Once Michael is gone, Victor turns his attention back to Chloe. He demands to know where the pages are. Chloe hints that she made sure they wouldn’t be found. Victor threatens to take Chloe’s daughter if she doesn’t do as she’s told. Chloe insists she can burn the diary entries and get rid of the proof that they were in cahoots.

Victor snarls that Chloe is playing a dangerous game. Y&R rumors hint that Chloe will make some bold moves and they could have major consequences. Stick with the CBS soap to see the trouble ahead.
