“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, January 21, tease that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will insist on doing whatever he can to get Natalie (Mara McCaffray) out of her current jam. In Natalie’s suite, Kevin says he feels responsible and hints that he doesn’t care if Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) on board or not. They head over to Newman Enterprises and find Dylan (Steve Burton) arguing with Victor (Eric Braeden).
Dylan thinks he can help get Adam (Justin Hartley) back, but Victor is reluctant to let him handle this. Kevin pipes up that he won’t let Victor trade Natalie for Adam. Dylan suggests a new plan and Victor reluctantly agrees. However, Victor declares that it’s all on Dylan if this scheme fails. Dylan exits and Victor starts berating Kevin about the flaws in the project. Victor says they’re out of the deal and his lawyers will be in touch about the return of the money.
In a suite, Abby (Melissa Ordway) tries to be a buddy to Max (Jared Breeze). She offers him a new computer game, but he throws it at her. It’s clear that Max isn’t happy with his new stepmom. Abby tries to be understanding, but she’s visibly upset. Once Abby leaves, Stitch (Sean Carrigan) says Max could’ve been a little nicer. Max gripes that he’s hungry and they decide to get some food.
Downstairs, Noah (Robert Adamson) gets confirmation that Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) knows his secret. Luca is aware that Noah accidentally ran over Billy (Jason Thompson). Noah flips out, but Marisa (Sofia Pernas) suggests that Luca would’ve told already if he was going to.

Abby comes down and is frustrated about what happened with Max. Noah and Marisa offer encouragement. Abby mentions that Paul (Doug Davidson) is questioning Billy about the accident. She’s headed over for a visit. Noah wants to come along.
Meanwhile, Luca informs Marisa that his father wasn’t pleased about Victor’s kidnapping accusations. He’s trying to get Luca and Marisa to come home. Luca promises Marisa that they’re staying in Genoa City. He hasn’t given up on bringing down his father. Luca thinks they can find other illegal contacts through the journal entries Marisa brought up. He assures Marisa that no one will know where the info came from.
At the hospital, Paul asks Billy about what happened the night of the wedding. Paul points out that a car hit him. Billy doesn’t recall it; he just knows he was beaten. After Paul departs, Billy questions Victoria (Amelia Heinle) about Adam’s whereabouts at the time of the hit and run. Abby arrives and says Adam has been praying for Billy.
Billy asks where Adam is now and Victoria states that he’s working with Victor. Billy declares that he was involved in a great deal that was going to help Jabot, but it’s too late now. Nearby, Noah talks to Paul about what Billy remembers. He asks if Billy knows who hit him. Paul says not yet, but he intends on throwing the driver in jail. Paul is convinced they’ll get the news soon.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Noah will panic at the thought of going to prison. In Victor’s office, Noah blurts out that Billy recalls being beaten. He fears it’s just a matter of time before Billy remembers the car, too. Noah worries that he’ll be headed to the slammer, but Victor thinks there’s no chance Billy will recall what vehicle hit him.
Kevin and Mariah tell Billy they made a deal with Victor. Billy understands, but warns that they should be careful. Victor could leave them with nothing. Mariah suggests that’s exactly what Victor has done. Later, Billy has a flashback and remembers seeing the license plate of Noah’s car.
At Crimson Lights, Stitch talks Max into playing the computer game that Abby gave him. Max seems to be in a better mood. Stitch tries to get Max to open up. Max is mad because nothing is like it was before.

Max thinks Stitch didn’t care about his mom. Stitch insists that it’s not like that. When Abby walks in, Max won’t have anything to do with her. He glares as he watches Stitch and Abby share a hug.
At the police station, Dylan talks to Paul about his plan. Paul gets irritated because Dylan went behind his back. Dylan confirms that the police are involved in all of this. Y&R rumors hint that this plan could go awry, but things should work out in the end. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on the mayhem ahead.
