“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, December 15, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will be appalled by Jack’s (Peter Bergman) eviction notice. At Jabot, Billy approaches Jack and speaks his mind. Jack suggests that this was simply a business move, but Billy insists it’s personal. He shouts that he won’t let Jack get away with it.
While Jack and Billy’s argument heats up, Victoria (Ameila Heinle) discusses the dilemma with Cane (Daniel Goddard). She feels like this was cold and calculated. Victoria points out that Jack shouldn’t mess with her right now. If this is the way Jack wants it, then let the games begin.
At the athletic club, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) accidentally flings coffee on a lady in a white jacket. The woman lashes out and Ash fires back. Eventually, things calm down and Ashley offers to pay for dry cleaning. The woman hands Ashley a business card. Her name is Farrah Dubose (Erika Girardi) and she’s a real estate agent.
At GC Buzz, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) talks to Devon (Bryton James) about the agent that Jack recommended. She hints at better options, but Devon protests. He notes that they were supposed to be in this together. Hilary contends that Devon is too controlling.

Devon tries to make Hilary see the benefits of coming back to the show, but she’s not interested. She gripes about living in a hotel room as Mariah (Camryn Grimes) walks in. Hilary snaps that Mariah can have the gig.
Once Hilary storms out, Devon begs Mariah to host until he can replace her. He offers to pay her four times as much and agrees that she can wear her own clothes. Mariah says Devon has one week to make it happen.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Ashley will get updates on Jack’s latest move. At Jabot, she finds her brothers clashing. After Billy heads out, Ashley questions Jack about his decision to evict Brash and Sassy. Jack defends it and suggests that they need more security. Ashley grumbles about all of the family drama.
When Billy meets up with Cane and Victoria, he informs them that Jack wouldn’t budge. Victoria wants to call Victor (Eric Braeden), but Billy won’t allow it. He thinks Ashley might be able to help. Billy and Victoria decide to ditch work for a while. They take the kids to sit on Santa’s lap. When they get home, Billy shares a warm moment with Victoria. He puts his hand on hers, but she pulls away.
Cane speaks with Ashley about Brash and Sassy’s predicament. Ashley says this is up to Jack and there’s really nothing she can do. She admits she never liked this arrangement anyway. Cane calls Jill (Jess Walton) and leaves a voicemail. He urges her to get in touch with him ASAP.
At Crimson Lights, Hilary talks to Jack’s agent friend again. She states that she’s just waiting on Devon to grovel. He leaves a business card in case Hilary changes her mind. Meanwhile, Neil (Kristoff St. John) listens to Devon complain about Hilary. Devon feels like he’s always the one who has to cave.

Neil urges Devon to remember why he fell for Hilary. He adds that Devon needs to fix his housing situation. His bachelor days are over. Later, Hilary finds Devon at Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) old penthouse. He introduces Hilary to Farrah and announces that he bought them a home. Farrah clarifies that Devon actually bought the whole building.
Hilary can’t believe Devon made a purchase like this without talking to her first. He just wants Hilary to be happy. She agrees to live there, but refuses to host the show again. Back at Jabot, Ashley tells Jack to cut Brash and Sassy some slack. It wouldn’t hurt to give them some time to find a new place.
Jack maintains that they need to get out ASAP. Ashley feels like Jack is being excessively ruthless, but he doesn’t care. Jack argues that this is who he is now and Ashley had better get used to it. Y&R rumors hint that Jack’s attitude could lead to bad news. Stick with the CBS soap to see what’s in store.
