‘The Young and The Restless’ Spoilers: Nick Gets Cozy With Dr Anderson – Sage Not Happy

‘The Young and The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers tease that Dr Sandy Anderson [Elizabeth Bogush] may soon get what she wants – some quality alone time with the handsome Nick Newman [Joshua Morrow] – and his wife Sage Newman [Kelly Sullivan] won’t like it one bit.

But just because Sage doesn’t like it, doesn’t mean she didn’t agree to it – in fact, Nick getting cozy with the threatening therapist is all part of his plan to find out exactly what she’s up to, why she’s targeted him and Sage for bad advice – and why she’s always lurking.

Now that Nick had a talk face-to-face with Dr A, he agrees with Sage that something is definitely not right with the Fairview shrink. Nick doesn’t like that the doc is messing not only with his wife, but his ex-wife Sharon Newman [Sharon Case] and is meddling with her meds.

Y&R spoilers indicate that Sage and Nick put their heads together to try and figure out what’s up with the doc, but when Nick suggests he needs to get close to Dr A, Sage balks. Nick will convince her it’s the best strategy and Sage will finally tell him to go ahead with the plan.

Of course, Nick thinks this might be just some odd sort of crush the doctor has on him – he has no clue that she’s dangerous. Even as Nick works on Dr Anderson, she’s working on Sharon. She’s cut her meds and, in coming days, will tell Sharon that Sage is obsessed with Sully.

Sharon will already be skittish from the medication change and with this paranoid concept introduced, Sharon is heading for a breakdown. In her crisis, she turns to Dr Anderson who tells her that she’s doing great and doesn’t need the medication – when, of course, she does.

Y&R spoilers also reveal that Sharon will soon find out that she doesn’t share DNA with Sully and that spirals her mental decline faster because she doesn’t know what’s happening. Plus, as Nick gets closer to Dr Anderson, he may be giving away more information than he gets.

Of the two of them, Dr Anderson seems to be cleverer and more devious – Nick has his charm and looks, but that won’t help him figure out what she’s up to. In fact, Dr Anderson may see Nick coming and flip his plan on its ear. You’ll recall she overheard him talking to Sage about her recently…

When Nick approaches her out of the blue and gets close, Dr A will suspect him right away which makes him the perfect target for her schemes. Y&R spoilers also tease that it won’t be too long before we find out Dr A’s real identity – Anderson is her married name – is Allen her maiden name?

In coming days, Dylan McAvoy [Steve Burton] will also become more suspicious of the doc and how she’s messing with their lives. Both he and Nick have huge letdowns coming. Not only is Sully not Dylan’s baby (or Sharon’s) and is Christian – but Christian isn’t Nick’s kid either.

This will be a hard hit for both couples and it looks like Dr Anderson will be there laughing when both marriages come crashing down thanks to the devastating baby news – and other schemes she has in play. This whole thing is a prescription for disaster!
