After Nick leaves, Victor wonders who’s responsible for the explosion. He tells Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) that he’d like to be alone. Nick arrives at the penthouse and gets updates on Chelsea’s arrest. He informs Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) that he doesn’t think Victor did this after all.
Michael states that the cops want to know who orchestrated the escape. Chelsea confesses that it was Victor. Nick walks in as the police bring new evidence forward. Blood and tissue were found in the cabin. The samples match Adam’s DNA, so they conclude he didn’t make it.
Nick tells Chelsea and she loses it. She sobs and screams as Nick pulls her close. Elsewhere, Victor gets the news that the police believe Adam is dead and have called off the search. He gets in his car and is startled by Chloe in the backseat.

Victor gets angry, but Chloe halts his tirade. She knows something he’ll want to hear. Chloe says Chelsea is blaming Victor for Adam’s murder. She adds that Paul is listening to Chelsea’s claims right now. Victor snaps that Chloe knows it wasn’t him. He accuses Chloe of being the culprit.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Neil (Kristoff St. John) will have a tough day as well. At the assisted living facility, Neil wants to bring the whole family for a visit. Lucinda (Nichelle Nichols) says that’s not going to happen. She can tell that she’s growing weak.
Once Lucinda has passed away, Neil cries over her body. He sits for a while and eventually finds a letter she wrote. It was stuffed in her Bible. Later, Neil orders a club soda at the pool bar. He looks at Lucinda’s 25-year sobriety chip and reads her note. She tells Neil about her regrets and assures him of her love.
Cane (Daniel Goddard), Lily (Christel Khalil), Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) all gather around Neil. They called the facility to check on him and learned Lucinda died. Neil tears up as he reads the last of the note. Devon and Lily come close for a hug.
This is certainly a somber episode of the CBS soap! However, Y&R rumors hint that everything may not be as it seems in Adam’s case. Stick with the CBS soap to see the twists and turns ahead.
