“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, July 25, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will unleash her wrath. In the courtroom, Phyllis seethes over everything Victor (Eric Braeden) did to her. She rants about Marco (Peter Bergman) and declares that Victor should serve every second of his sentence.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) brings up how Victor rescued Phyllis at the cabin. Phyllis doesn’t care. It can’t make up for his crimes. Phyllis finally leaves in a huff. Victor insists that he’s a changed man. His time in prison has affected him deeply.
Jack (Peter Bergman) decides that he wants to testify. He recounts his ordeal and suggests that he doesn’t buy Victor’s new attitude. However, Jack feels like it would be best for everyone if they just end this mess and release Victor.

Judge Gates reminds Victor that he tried to manipulate Meredith (Alicia Coppola). Now that Phyllis is speaking out, it makes a compelling case to keep Victor behind bars. Victor vows to steer clear of Meredith. The judge ultimately lets Victor off the hook. He’ll serve two years of probation, but he’s free to go.
At the state pen, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Justin Hartley) argue about whether or not Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) should visit. Chelsea’s phone dings with some updates on Victor’s appeal. She gives Adam the news that Victor has won once again. He’s been released. Adam urges Chelsea to leave. She wants Adam to stay, but he mopes off.
At the athletic club, Jill (Jess Walton) fills Lily (Christel Khalil) in on her plans for big changes. Meanwhile, Cane (Daniel Goddard) shows up at Billy’s (Jason Thompson) place and arguing ensues about the company. Jill eventually walks in and tries to settle them down. She insists that she brought Cane on board because she knew he could help Brash and Sassy succeed.
Jill adds that she still wants Billy involved. Cane and Billy can run it together. Billy gripes, but agrees to work as a team. Once Cane exits, Billy takes a call from Phyllis. He pretends he’s talking to Bethany (Chrishell Stause) since Jill is in front of him. Jill is skeptical. She wonders who was really on the other line.

They resume their conversation about Brash and Sassy. Jill states that Billy can have sole control back if he works with Cane and they boost the profits. Billy intends on proving he has what it takes. Talk turns to the new paint color, which Jill likes. She recalls that the walls were yellow when she last saw Katherine (Jeanne Cooper) ascend the staircase.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Phyllis and Jack will face additional conflict. In Phyllis’ suite, Jack shows up to discuss what happened in court. Phyllis urges Jack to leave her, but he refuses to let go of what they share. Phyllis is sorry that she’s been pushing Jack out of the picture.
Jack gets a message on his phone that says Victor secured his freedom. Phyllis gets upset and tells Jack to go. She insists that they aren’t on the same page. Later, Phyllis heads to Billy’s place and confesses that she thinks her marriage is over. Billy hears that Victor got out of prison. He suggests that at least this brought them back together.
Elsewhere, Cane and Lily celebrate his new gig. Lily is positive that he’ll be running Brash and Sassy alone soon. Meanwhile, Jill fills Jack in on her scheme. She wants to use Brash and Sassy to help Billy win over Victoria (Amelia Heinle).
In the dining area, Victoria complains to Nick (Joshua Morrow) about Victor swooping in and taking back Newman Enterprises. He intends on reclaiming his throne right away. At home, Victor is content with Nikki. He talks about how much they’ve overcome.
Nikki leaves the room and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) appears. Victor lashes out at his accomplice for approaching him. Chloe shouldn’t make such a risky move. Victor demands to know where Chloe put the genuine journal entries. Y&R rumors hint that Chloe will cause more chaos later in the week. Stay tuned to see what’s in store.
