‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Hilary Remembers Romance with Devon, Rejects Divorce Offer

‘The Young and The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers tease that Hilary Curtis [Mishael Morgan] will continue to reject the idea of divorce from Devon Hamilton [Bryton James] even though it seems to be what she wants.

Neil Winters [Kristoff St John] played a reverse psychology game with her when he offered her the papers and said they can be together if she signs them. Hilary should have been thrilled and grabbed the closest ink pen – but she didn’t.

Y&R spoilers tease that Hilary will go to Devon soon and discuss the divorce. Devon doesn’t know Hilary is having second thoughts and thinks she’s dragging her feet intentionally. When he talks to sister Lily Winters [Christel Khalil], she’ll of course encourage him to think the worst of Hilary.

This will set off yet another confrontation between Hilary and Lily. Of course, Lily shouldn’t really be talking about Hilary tangling with two men when she’s so recently been rolling in the hay with both Cane Ashby [Daniel Goddard] and Joe Clark [Scott Elrod].

But that won’t stop Lily from cautioning her brother. Their dad Neil, though, is openly pushing Hilary to give love a chance with Devon and for her to give herself time. Y&R spoilers reveal that in coming days, Hilary will be toying with her ring and will get some memory flashes of Devon.

There are two major signs indicating that Hilary is not done with Devon – she can’t bring herself to sign the divorce papers – and she hasn’t taken off her wedding rings. Deep down, Hilary’s subconscious is telling her that Devon is the man she’s supposed to be with.

Will Hilary listen to her gut feelings? Will the memory flashes she recovers be enough to recall the love she had for Devon? And will Devon forgive her for shagging his dad at the Jabot Labs? If Devon is going to blame anyone for the office sex fest, it should be Neil.

Hilary was in a coma for months and came out of it not remembering their relationship. Neil, however, knows everything that has happened and that Hilary is his son’s wife (even though they were once coupled) and slept with her anyway.

Will Devon and Hilary emerge from this months-long crisis with their relationship and love intact? And, if so, will Devon forgive his dad for the sex slip-up once he realizes it’s Neil that sent Hilary back to him when he could have just kept her for himself?
