Summer (Hunter King) visits Victor and suggests that she’s starting to see his true colors. Victor defends his actions and points out Phyllis’ previous transgressions. Victor talks about letting Phyllis move forward with PassKey because he feels guilty.
The trial resumes and Marisa (Sofia Pernas) testifies that Marco (Peter Bergman) couldn’t have caused all of that destruction on his own. Victor is the one who bribed the warden and got Marco out of prison in Peru. Michael won’t challenge Marisa and Victor gets frustrated.

Paul (Doug Davidson) gets on the stand and talks about a still shot of Victor with Marco and a man named Santiago. He implies that they couldn’t depose Santiago because Victor schemed to prevent it. Nevertheless, this maximum security video places Victor at the scene. Michael gets up to cross examine Paul, but he purposely holds back.
Jack (Peter Bergman) takes the stand and makes it clear that Victor wasn’t acting in self-defense. He recounts the story of being held hostage and provides details on Kelly’s (Cady McClain) death. Michael doesn’t question Jack. He simply reserves the right to call Jack at a later time. Victor snaps that Michael should go after Jack.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Victor will pressure Michael to call Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) to the stand. Victor has had enough of Michael’s incompetence. Luca is aware of Michael’s deception and it appears Victor knows exactly how to expose it.
Michael doesn’t like Victor’s idea to call Luca, but he goes along with it. Court gets back in session and Luca starts answering questions. He eventually blurts out that Michael is trying to throw the case. The news stuns everyone inside the courtroom. Luca gives the judge updates on the conversation he overheard between Michael and Phyllis. Victor promptly fires Michael.

Victor states that he wants to serve as his own attorney. He calls himself as his first witness. Y&R rumors hint that Victor will try to rip his family members to shreds on the stand. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Victor’s efforts will pay off.
