‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, December 16: Victor Reaches Out to Noah – Phyllis Ditches Her Signature Look – Jack Gives Firm Eviction Deadline

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, December 16, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will put his foot down with the Brash and Sassy team. He’ll insist that everything has been decided. Billy (Jason Thompson), Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Victoria (Ameila Heinle) will need to find somewhere else to conduct business.

Jack will state that they need to be out by the time they head home on New Year’s Eve. He won’t care how they do it as long as it gets done. Jack clearly isn’t in the mood to negotiate. Y&R spoilers indicate that Victoria won’t take the news well. She was already stressed over the situation with Travis (Michael Roark). Jack’s attitude is just making Victoria more miserable.

Victoria will spiral out of control as their company faces this crisis. Billy may have to step up for his ex. She needs some serious support right now. Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) will reach out to Noah (Robert Adamson). He knows his grandson is still angry with him, but he’ll try to smooth things over.

Victor will note that there’s an offer on the table. He’ll suggest that the door is always open if Noah ever wants to return to Newman Enterprises. Maybe Noah will accept the olive branch. Even if he doesn’t come back to the family business, a dose of forgiveness would be nice this Christmas.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will go through a transformation. Now that Phyllis is letting go of Jack, she has a new attitude. Phyllis will dye her hair to reflect the changes in her life. It seems “Red” is ditching her signature look.

When Jack doesn’t even notice, Phyllis will realize that it’s truly over. He’s shutting her out, so she might as well move on. Y&R spoilers state that Phyllis will turn in her resignation at Jabot. She’ll probably focus on helping Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) handle the trouble at Fenmore’s.
