‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Billy Interested In Victoria Again – Tricky Facing Michelle Threat

Billy (Jason Thompson) is interested in Vickie (Amelia Heinle) again on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Travis (Michael Roark) has his hands and possibly his heart full now that Michelle Hazleton (Kelly Frye) has arrived from New York. Both factors mean that the possibility of ‘Villy’ has been reinvigorated.

Victoria has two of Billy’s children. Those ties alone bind them together forever. But Vickie did make a clear break from the past when she pursued Travis all the way to the coast of Mexico earlier this year. Roark’s character initially appeared to be the anti-Billy. But Michelle’s appearance sent Travis to The Underground, where Noah (Robert Adamson) obliged him with numerous shots of hard liquor.

Travis arrived at the ‘Father Knows Best’ setting drunk. Billy ate that up and also enjoyed seeing Vickie call a car service for him. Viewers observed that the term ‘taxi’ wasn’t used, as ride-sharing services have become modern disruptors inside old world order systems.

Michelle came to Wisconsin in an attempt to be with Travis again. Now that she’s divorcing her formerly suppressed feelings have been released. Quite the stunner, Travis’ ex-girlfriend is a real rival for Victoria to contend with. Since Vickie and Travis have a shorter history than ‘Mavis’, or ‘Trichelle’ if one prefers, the idea of their eventual reconciliation makes sense. Vickie has an impressive professional resume that goes well beyond her looks. Whether Michelle matches that background, and therefore proves to be a better long-term match, is yet to be determined.

For the moment, Billy has straightened himself out. Last week he even broke out his Christopher Walken impersonation and a two-headed quarter trick in order to make his former gal smile during lunch. Few can match Ms. Newman’s electric appeal, so who could blame him?

Anyone who believes that Vickie will never take Billy back must be overlooking history. The mere fact that the former Mrs. Abbott has done so on multiple occasions always makes it possible, though surely never certain, that ‘Villy’ will become a super couple again.
