On The Young and the Restless, Travis (Michael Roark) has a decision to make now that he’s been put in his place by the mighty Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He can remain a Newman Enterprises team player or he can go rogue and show Victor who’s really boss!
Travis thought he knew best when he decided to go against his boss’s orders. Someone at Newman Enterprises was leaking confidential documents to the press, and he believed it was a Newman family member. Victor told him that was impossible, and don’t even go there!
Well, eager-beaver Travis went there when he questioned, then accused, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) of being the mole. In a private dressing down, Travis felt the sting of Victor’s anger for his betrayal.
Travis was told he failed Victor’s test and probably wouldn’t get another chance to prove himself. Ouch! What Travis does next could prove to be his undoing or his triumph.
If Travis decides to ditch Newman and strike out on his own, he risks alienating both Victor and his daughter, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), whom he’s living with.
Travis is still new in town, so it makes sense to stay at Newman and prove his loyalty by obeying orders. Being a company man would definitely please Victoria, who worships her dad.
But Victor is a man of his word, and Travis has a big task ahead if he expects to regain Victor’s trust. Does proud Travis have it in him to suck it up and play nice while climbing the corporate ladder?
Y&R viewers know that Travis’ former flame, Michelle, is coming to Genoa City and what happens next remains to be seen!
Michelle is the daughter of Travis’ former boss, so will he be tempted to ditch the Newman dynasty for new opportunities? Travis’ life is about to get a lot more complicated, and it will be exciting to see what choices he makes!

I read that Michael Roark already left the show a few weeks ago. He’s already done taping and finished up in mid-October. His character Travis leaves town with his girlfriend Michelle and their last episode on screen is December 6. I guess she was brought on to usher him off.
