“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, April 27, tease that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will start to get suspicious of the true reason for her recent fall. That was quite a trip Abby took down the staircase. Abby will slowly realize this tumble may have been more than a simple mishap.
In Wednesday’s preview video, Abby states that it was almost like something caused her to trip. When Ashley (Eileen Davidson) asks what it was, Abby will suggest that Max (Jared Breeze) was at fault. Ashley will be sympathetic to her daughter’s loss, but she won’t think Abby should go around blaming a seemingly innocent child.
Ash will hint that this might be Abby’s way of processing her guilt. Since Abby feels terrible about wearing heels, Ashley will believe she’s looking for another method to cope with the pain. Ashley will maintain that this was an accident. She’ll think neither Abby nor Max is responsible. Of course, Y&R viewers know that Abby’s suspicions are exactly right. Max is entirely to blame for the death of Abby’s baby.

Deep down, Abby will be convinced that Max was up to no good. She’ll try to fight those feelings, but her rage will begin to build. Stay tuned to “The Young and the Restless” to see how long Abby can control her growing resentment toward Max.
Elsewhere, Neil’s (Kristoff St. John) sudden turnaround will catch Jack (Peter Bergman) off guard. Wednesday’s preview video shows Jack saying, “You were as furious with Hilary (Mishael Morgan) as I was. Why would you be defending her now?”

It looks like Neil’s back is up against the wall thanks to Hilary’s blackmail. He’ll have to pretend he’s on Hilary’s side if he wants to stop her from blabbing about her kidnapping. Meanwhile, Nurse Stephens (Jill Lover) will crack under the pressure. As she faces Sage (Kelly Sullivan) once again, the nurse will declare that she just can’t do this anymore.
Will Nurse Stephens blurt out the whole story or will she manage to stay tight-lipped? Y&R rumors indicate that this storyline still has several twists and turns ahead. Stick with “The Young and the Restless” for updates on the excitement that awaits.
