‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Moves Forward With Payback Against Adam – Will He Stop At Nothing And Destroy His Son?

‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers tease that Victor [Eric Braeden] is not done plotting revenge against Adam [Justin Hartley]. Victor is no stranger to taking down friends and family members he feels have crossed him. Is Adam going to be Victor’s next victim?

Even though Victor’s mind is focused on being released from prison and destroying Adam, don’t think he doesn’t have his eye on future plans. It certainly seems as if Victor is the power behind the sabotage of Newman Oil and the demise of Victoria [Amelia Heinle]. Victor won’t back down and admit his misdeeds to Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] and the Newman marriage is teetering on the brink of divorce.

Adam is convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that Victor is the one pulling the strings from behind bars. But Adam has nothing but instinct and absolutely no concrete proof to back up his claims. Adding to the mounting proof Dylan [Steve Burton] will confront Adam about a vial of poison found in a storage unit rented in Adam’s name. Dylan will then discover the key to the storage unit hidden inside Adam and Chelsea’s [Melissa Claire Egan] penthouse.

While Adam continues to maintain his innocence, Michael [Christian Le Blanc] will attempt to bargain with Victor in order to ensure Adam remains a free man. Michael’s pleas will fall on deaf ears. Why would Victor help the lawyer after he betrayed him?

Victor is no fool and he tells Michael he has every intention of taking the stand at Adam’s trial. ‘Y&R’ viewers are familiar with Victor’s plotting and planning and know that Victor’s testimony could put Adam in prison for the rest of his life.

In the end will Victor destroy Adam or is he merely playing a game of cat and mouse to punish Adam for his betrayal?
