‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday October 4: Abby Comes Clean About a Big Lie – Chelsea Helps Emotional Nick – Sharon Tries to Handle Patty Problem

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, October 4, tease that Dylan (Steve Burton) will be determined to figure out who’s stalking Sharon (Sharon Case). At home, Dylan calls Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and asks for his help. Once Dylan hangs up, Sharon suggests he should back off. They’re arguing when Mariah (Camryn Grimes) walks in.

Mariah hears the stalker news and agrees that they have to take down this creep. Dylan exits and Sharon blurts out that it’s Patty (Stacy Haiduk). She warns there could be catastrophic consequences if Dylan learns who’s behind the phone calls. Sharon wants Mariah to stay by Kevin’s side and see what he knows. Once Mariah reports back, Sharon can figure out her next move.

At the police station, Paul (Doug Davidson) is suspicious of Kevin and Dylan’s investigation. He fears Dylan is still stuck on Victor (Eric Braeden). Kevin states that there’s nothing to worry about. Dylan arrives and Mariah isn’t far behind. It seems she’s hoping to get the scoop and avert disaster.

At Newman Enterprises, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Summer (Hunter King) discuss Travis (Michael Roark). They know that Victor has big plans for him. Stitch (Sean Carrigan) calls Abby and points out that they have a fertility specialist appointment later. Abby makes up an excuse to get out of it. Stitch is annoyed that Abby is putting this off.

After they disconnect, Summer brings up Abby’s lies. She insists that Stitch deserves honesty from his wife. At the hospital, Abby meets with Stitch privately. She confesses that she’s not really having fertility issues. Abby is still on birth control. She feels like they’re just pretending that things are getting better.

Stitch suggests that they need to put some real work into their marriage. Abby isn’t sure they’re right for each other, but Stitch tries to convince her of his love. He believes they need to least give this a shot. Abby is on board and thinks that maybe it’s not too late.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Nick (Joshua Morrow) will get emotional while spending the day with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). At the park, Nick notices Connor’s truck and mentions that Noah (Robert Adamson) had one like it when he was small. Nick thinks about Christian and comments on how much he was looking forward to raising another son.

Chelsea offers some comfort and they like the idea of Adam (Justin Hartley) watching out for Christian in heaven. Later, Sharon stops by and Chelsea gripes about her matchmaking. After Sharon says she’s sorry for overstepping, Nick wonders if he can hold Sully. He notes that Sully looks like Noah did when he was a baby.

As Sharon leaves, Mariah texts her with updates. Dylan and Kevin know that the caller has a mobile phone. Paul meets up with Sharon and Patty’s name is mentioned. He says he hasn’t seen Patty in a while because he would be a distraction during her art therapy.

Sharon texts Mariah back as she makes her way over to visit Patty. Kevin and Dylan find out more info on the caller, so Mariah frantically tries to call Sharon’s phone. It goes to voicemail, so Mariah is out of luck.

At Crimson Lights, Nick talks to Chelsea about Sharon’s attempt to play Cupid. He doesn’t think it’s a big deal. Sharon just wants to spread the happiness she feels. Chelsea thinks there’s more to the story.

At the facility, Patty is painting when someone says she has a visitor. Sharon looks nervous, but Patty is pleased. She knew it wouldn’t be long until Sharon showed up. When Sharon declares that these calls need to stop, Patty notes that Dylan seemed very upset. She’s sure he’ll figure all of this out.

Patty is anxiously awaiting Dylan’s arrival. She has so much to tell him. Patty wants to explain that the boy he thinks is his son doesn’t belong to him. Sharon looks like she’s about to explode with fear. Y&R rumors hint that the drama is just getting started. Stick with the CBS soap to see what else is in store.
