‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 22: Billy Reaches Out to Jack – Cane Struggles with Pain – Mariah Saves the Day

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, November 22, tease that Jill (Jess Walton) will force Billy (Jason Thompson) to do a good deed. At the Chancellor mansion, Jill gives Billy some aprons with Brash and Sassy’s name on them. She says Billy will be feeding the homeless and handing out toiletries at Crimson Lights. Billy isn’t interested, but Jill insists that he doesn’t have a choice.

When Jill hints that Billy should serve food with Victoria (Amelia Heinle), he gives her updates on Travis’ (Michael Roark) proposal. Jill notes that maybe Victoria didn’t give an answer because of her feelings for her ex. Billy gets fed up and leaves with the aprons.

At Crimson Lights, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) promises Summer (Hunter King) that she’ll be fine on her own for Thanksgiving. Abby (Melissa Ordway) comes in and gets snappy, but eventually, apologizes. She’s just edgy since Traci (Beth Maitland) is sick and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is out of town.

Phyllis thinks Summer should split her time between the Newman gathering and the Abbott party. She argues that Jack (Peter Bergman) and Abby would appreciate having Summer there. Phyllis assures Summer that she’ll be busy serving the homeless this year.

Nearby, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) bicker about covering this charity event. Devon makes it clear that this is happening. Hilary sees Phyllis and they start arguing. When Jill arrives with Billy, she sees Phyllis and tries to get her son out there. Esther (Kate Linder) takes charge and makes Jill put on a hairnet.

Once Devon breaks up Hilary’s fight with Phyllis, they get back to the task at hand. Billy and Phyllis spot each other from across the room. When they smile, Hilary tells Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that things are about to get interesting. She orders the cameraman to film Phyllis and Billy’s interaction. Devon gripes and insists that they’ll use the footage Mariah wanted.

Billy and Phyllis take a moment to catch up. She admits that she still has hope for a reunion with Jack. Phyllis thinks Billy should join his brother at the cabin and make amends. Jill interrupts and asks Billy to go get some forks. She snarls that Phyllis should stay away from him.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers state that the Thanksgiving meal won’t turn out very well for a few Genoa City residents. At the cabin, Summer realizes the turkey isn’t fully cooked. Abby decides they can finish it in the deep fryer but ends up filling the whole place with smoke instead. Jack grabs a fire extinguisher and takes care of it.

Abby states that there’s good news. They saved the pies! Summer, Abby and Jack talk about being single while they eat. After Abby and Summer exit, Jack imagines Billy and Phyllis having sex. Billy shows up and wishes Jack a happy Thanksgiving.

Neil (Kristoff St. John) brings Moses (Dax Randall) over to Lily (Christel Khalil) and Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) place for a holiday meal. Cane is dealing with a lot of pain in his knee, so they bring their dinner closer to him. They all discuss what they’re grateful for on this Thanksgiving.

At GC Buzz, Hilary is pleasantly surprised by what Mariah caught on camera. Devon makes a call to Lily and she turns on the show. There’s a story on a homeless woman who lost everything when she became an addict. Fortunately, she cleaned up her life. GC Buzz follows up her comments with an ad for the Abbott-Winters Foundation.

Hilary gives the cameraman an envelope and swears him to secrecy. He takes it to the homeless lady and she realizes it’s full of cash. There’s also a note suggesting that it’s never too late to get back what you’ve lost.

Meanwhile, Cane is alone when he grabs his pill bottle. Y&R rumors hint that a painkiller addiction could be on the way. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Cane’s world will fall apart.
