‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday March 8: Summer Drops a Bomb, Phyllis and Billy’s Scheme Blows Up – Neil Warns Devon About Hilary

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, March 8, tease that Neil (Kristoff St. John) will start to get worried about the changes he’s seeing in Hilary (Mishael Morgan). He’ll warn Devon (Bryton James) that Hilary has reverted to her scheming ways. Devon will brush off the concerns, but Neil will persist. He’ll think it sure seems like the old Hilary is back.

Across town, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy’s (Jason Thompson) plot will blow up. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Summer (Hunter King) will drop a bomb on Victor (Eric Braeden) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle). She’ll give them the news that Natalie (Mara McCaffray) was secretly in touch with Billy.

When Victoria gets updates on Billy’s actions, she’ll be furious. Victoria thought Billy had learned his lesson. Obviously, he was just telling more lies. Billy may have just cost himself his engagement. The wedding could be put on hold indefinitely after Billy’s latest debacle. He’ll try to convince Victoria that they’re meant to be together, but she won’t be certain of that anymore.

Elsewhere, Jack (Peter Bergman) will also decide he’s had enough. As Phyllis and Billy chat, Jack will walk over with something he needs to get off his chest. It looks like Phyllis is getting busted, too. Tuesday’s preview video shows Jack saying that a lot has been going on behind his back. We all knew this plan wouldn’t work out. You can’t take down Victor Newman without consequences.

Jack and Victoria might ditch their significant others in favor of a life with less drama. Meanwhile, Phyllis and Billy will have to accept that they blew it. Y&R rumors suggest that Billy and Phyllis could be drawn to each other during this crisis.

Will deep loss turn into new love? Time will tell, but something appears to be brewing. It should be interesting to see where this leads. Stick with the CBS soap to watch Phyllis and Billy strengthen their bond.
