“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, March 29, tease that the jury will be given instructions by the judge. Just outside the courtroom, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) talks to Nick (Joshua Morrow) about her fears. She hints that Victor (Eric Braeden) is going to get away with his crimes. Nick insists that they don’t know that. He also questions Nikki about her drinking.
Back inside, Christine (Laralee Bell) scolds Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) about putting Michael’s (Christian LeBlanc) career in jeopardy. Christine suggests that it’ll be Phyllis’ fault if Victor gets off the hook. A short time later, Jack (Peter Bergman) lashes out at Phyllis as well. He thinks it was unfair to put Michael in that position. Plus, it risked the entire case. Phyllis will share her side of it and they’ll get into a heated debate.
After Phyllis storms out, Jack tells Billy (Jason Thompson) that he’s not sure any punishment would satisfy Phyllis. Elsewhere, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) chats with Victor about what might happen if he’s released. Victor states that he’ll forgive Victoria if she’s willing to forgive him.
Victor wants Victoria to help him get reinstated as CEO of Newman, but she’s not interested. Victor insists he’ll disown Victoria and any other family member who stands in his way. Victoria mentions Nikki and Victor doesn’t think he can move past how she betrayed him. As Victoria gets up to leave, Victor assures her of his love. He hints that Victoria shouldn’t take his business moves personally.

At Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick’s place, Shawn (Devon Martinez) says she came up with a name for the baby. Sage seems surprised, but she wants to hear it. Shawn had a grandfather she called “Big Dave.” She tells Faith (Alyvia Alyn Ling) about him. Sage thinks David sounds nice. Nick comes home and he likes it, too.
When Sage takes Faith home, Shawn opens up to Nick about her troubled past. Nick offers his support and shares some of his own struggles with family. Shawn starts to cry and Nick holds her hand. Sage comes home and hears Shawn talking to the baby. Shawn hopes “Little Dave” will forgive her for giving him up.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will have some concerns about Adam (Justin Hartley). At the penthouse, Chelsea is hesitant to believe that Adam is truly free. Adam assures Chelsea that he’s done at Newman, but he seems anxious as he watches a news report on the company’s losses.
At Top of the Tower, Victoria gives Nikki and Noah (Robert Adamson) updates on her conversation with Victor. She gets angry at Nikki for taking a drink and bolstering Victor’s case. Noah intervenes and indicates that Victor is the only one to blame. Nikki understands what Victoria is going through.
Later, Jack finds Victoria and comforts her. He brings up Billy and suggests that he deserves another chance. Victoria thinks they should end the war between the Abbotts and the Newmans if Victor is convicted. At the athletic club, Nikki orders another vodka and has a drunken outburst when Jack walks in. Nikki confesses that she’s scared about what the future holds.
At Billy’s house, Phyllis is waiting when he arrives. She’s upset and drinking wine. Billy thinks Phyllis should be with Jack right now and she says he’s right. However, Phyllis points out that she’s with Billy instead and wonders why. Phyllis wishes she hadn’t brought Michael into her plan. She doesn’t know if she can handle it if Victor is declared not guilty.

Billy mentions how forgiving Adam was the only way he could move forward. Phyllis doesn’t think she can do that with Victor. As Phyllis tears up, Billy holds her. Victoria shows up to find them in a warm embrace. Meanwhile, Victor hears that the jury has reached a verdict. Y&R rumors hint that Victor may be going down for all of his dirty deeds.
