“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, March 15, tease that Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will face some uncomfortable moments with Shawn (Devon Martinez). At home, Shawn threatens to leave if she’s not wanted, but Sage and Nick (Joshua Morrow) encourage her to stay. Sharon (Sharon Case) arrives and heads to the courthouse with Nick. Shawn mentions how close Sharon and Nick are.
Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) pops in and they all talk about the baby. Shawn admits that Nick and Sage will provide a better life for her child. However, Shawn is quick to point out that she has up to a year to change her mind. Faith suggests that Shawn can come visit her son if she starts to miss him. After Faith goes upstairs, Shawn tells Sage she doesn’t have to worry. Stopping by all the time would be too painful.
At the athletic club, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) tells Billy (Jason Thompson) that they can’t just give up on Pass Key. Billy doesn’t want Phyllis to lose Jack (Peter Bergman) over this deal. He thinks they should wait until Victor (Eric Braeden) is locked up for good. In a suite, Marisa (Sofia Pernas) fears Noah (Robert Adamson) will end up in prison. Noah replies that their future starts today.

At Top of the Tower, Jack and Neil (Kristoff St. John) discuss the situation with Phyllis. Jack is concerned that Phyllis will do something she’ll regret. Neil doesn’t think you can provide help to someone who doesn’t want it. Phyllis shows up and indicates that she’s sorry she was ready to give up Jack for Pass Key. She says Billy suggested they delay their plan and Jack thinks that sounds like a nice compromise.
Across town, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) comes to see Victor in jail. She drops some hints about problems at Newman Enterprises. Victor gloats about the fact that Victoria is already struggling. Later, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) arrives and wants to take over at Newman. He says he’s getting angry phone calls from executives. Everyone is wondering why Adam (Justin Hartley) isn’t in charge. Luca feels he can keep things profitable, but Victor refuses to let him control anything.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that the Newmans will gather for Noah’s verdict. At the courthouse, Leslie (Angell Conwell) seems upbeat about Noah’s chances. She thinks it’s good that they placed some of the blame on Victor.
Once court resumes, Judge Elise Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) asks Noah if he has anything to say. Noah takes full responsibility for his actions. Judge Moxley finds Noah guilty, but his sentence is light. Noah gets 12 months of probation and community service.

Noah meets up with Billy and expresses his gratitude. Billy just wants everyone to let everything go. That goes for his difficulties with Victoria, too. Victoria isn’t interested in reconnecting. She still thinks it’s best to move on separately.
A short time later, Noah proposes to Marisa in a suite and she accepts. They head downstairs and find Luca talking to Summer (Hunter King). Summer notices the engagement ring and Luca says he won’t stand in their way.
Back at Top of the Tower, Nick opens up to Sharon about his adoption concerns. Sharon is taken aback by the news that Shawn moved in. Nick fears that this arrangement won’t end well. In jail, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) drops by to give Victor updates on Noah’s verdict. Victor complains that Noah isn’t really free as long as he’s tangled up with Marisa. Talk turns to Newman Enterprises and Victor assures Nikki he won’t forgive her once the company crumbles.
After making love, Jack heads off to buy Phyllis a box of chocolates. Phyllis texts Billy that things worked out with Jack. She hopes Billy and Victoria can work through their issues as well. Billy sits in the courthouse and looks down at the text. Victoria gazes at him from the doorway.
It’s clear that Billy and Victoria still love each other, but can they get over this bump in the road? Y&R rumors hint that more trouble could be on the way, but let’s hope they’ll be able to move past it eventually. Stick with the CBS soap to see what the future holds for this popular pairing.
