‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday June 28: Phyllis and Jack’s Cabin Getaway, Billy Jealous – Luca’s Behavior Disturbs Summer – Lily and Hilary Spar

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, June 28, tease that a distracted Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will scramble to cover her latest blunder. When she forgets Jack’s (Peter Bergman) birthday, she’ll have to think fast. Phyllis will suggest that she has a surprise planned for her husband. She’ll ask if Jack will let her whisk him away to the Abbott cabin. Jealous Billy (Jason Thompson) will watch them in the distance.

Jack will be thrilled at the idea of reconnecting with his love. He can tell that Phyllis has been distant lately and he doesn’t quite know how to draw her closer. Phyllis has been dodging opportunities to have deep conversations or make love. Jack will believe this will be a chance for them to bond again. He just wants to put the spark back in his marriage.

Unfortunately, this romantic getaway will be cut short when Jack chooses to head back for Adam’s (Justin Hartley) trial. Phyllis will understand why Jack wants to be there, but she’ll just need some time to herself. She’ll remain at the cabin to mull over her guilt.

Things are going to get hot and heavy when Billy shows up later. “Philly” fans should be happy campers! In the meantime, we’ll see more trouble for Summer (Hunter King) and Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva). Summer obviously doesn’t trust her shady beau and that’s proving to be a real issue. Luca’s constant deception is a huge obstacle for them.

Tuesday’s preview video shows Summer confronting Luca about trashing Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to Travis (Michael Roark). She’ll be visibly upset as she asks why Luca would do that. Can Luca come up with a decent answer? Stay tuned to see if Luca and Summer can work through this crisis.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Lily (Christel Khalil) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will have another shouting match. Lily will make it clear that she wants Hilary out of town pronto. She’ll insist that Hilary needs to pack her bags. Hilary will certainly have a few choice words for Lily in return. No one tells Hilary what to do!

Y&R rumors hint that this heated encounter will reinvigorate Lily’s mission to bring Hilary down. That plan will likely mean bad news for one of them. Will Lily succeed or just make the situation worse? Stick with the CBS soap for updates on what Lily has up her sleeve.
