Dylan vows to find the answers he’s looking for. Victor tosses around some threats and Paul eventually intervenes. He tells Victor to go and urges Dylan to back off. Dylan won’t give up on his quest to make Victor pay. At home, Nikki sighs that she’s caught between her husband and son.
Nikki decides to make her way over to the station for a chat with Dylan. She feels like she should be arrested if Dylan intends on arresting Victor. The same goes for Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Dylan feels like he failed Adam, but Nikki thinks he needs to let it all go. Later, Victor files a restraining order against Dylan.

Meanwhile, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) opens up to her therapist. She says things are really over with Billy (Jason Thompson). Phyllis wants Jack (Peter Bergman) to hear the truth straight from her. The therapist warns that Jack may not be so forgiving. Phyllis remains determined, so the doctor asks if this is about repairing the damage or punishing herself for her mistakes.
Phyllis recalls how she never doubted Marco’s (Peter Bergman) identity. It seems there’s some lingering guilt. Phyllis wants to know what she should do about the affair drama, but the therapist suggests that it’s for her to decide. Since Phyllis isn’t pleased by the advice, she walks out.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Jack will be floored by Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) news. At Jabot, Ashley tries to explain Billy’s confession. He’s in love with Phyllis, but she broke it off. Ashley basically assures Jack that it was platonic, but he thinks it was more.

Jack roughs Billy up a bit, but Billy contends that Phyllis chose Jack. There’s a little more scuffling and Billy snaps that Jack should man up. Jack storms out and Billy makes a mess by hurling his glass. He staggers toward the elevator and eventually ends up in Ashley’s office.
Billy gripes about what Ashley did to their family. It dawns on Ash that Billy and Phyllis must have had a full-fledged sexual affair. Billy maintains that they ended it, but Ashley doesn’t seem so sure that it’s over.
At home, Phyllis finds a seething Jack. He wonders if the therapist helped her sort out her Billy issues. Jack says Billy admitted he was in love with Phyllis, but she insists she stopped it. Phyllis assures Jack that is was just a mistake. He wants updates on the extent of their relationship.
Jack asks if Phyllis went to bed with Billy and waits for her answer. Y&R rumors hint that Jack will make Billy and Phyllis regret their actions. Stick with the CBS soap to watch Jack seek revenge.
