‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday October 6: Travis Comes Clean About Shocking Past – Mariah Faces Change of Plans – Abby Has Sad Realization

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, October 6, tease that we’ll learn some shocking details about Travis’ (Michael Roark) past. At the park, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) is curious why Travis thinks she was behind the flowers. He notes that the card said they were from Michelle. Ash says she called Michelle after she spoke with Travis in the elevator.

Ashley asks if Travis has been honest with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) about why he ditched his career on Wall Street. She mentions that Travis slept with the boss’ wife and the truth came out. Travis was fired and blackballed. He had to start over. Ashley wonders if Travis has been using Victoria has a way back in this business.

Travis assures Ashley that’s not the case, but he’s curious about she plans to do with the info. He doesn’t want to play games. Ashley argues that working for Victor (Eric Braeden) could force him to play. Meanwhile, Victoria chats with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) about Victor’s agenda. Nikki doesn’t think Victor necessarily has an ulterior motive, but Victoria remains concerned.

At Newman Enterprises, Abby (Melissa Ordway) asks Victor for some guidance. She brings up the problems in her marriage and Victor says she’ll have to decide if they’re worth solving. Victor suggests Abby should remember why she fell for Stitch (Sean Carrigan). He thinks Abby will know if the obstacles can’t be overcome. Victor believes Abby needs to keep her own well-being in mind.

Nikki, Victor, Travis and Victoria meet up for dinner at Top of the Tower. When Stitch shows up with Abby, he says they need to let their walls down. Stitch talks about the moment he realized he was in love with Abby. She hesitantly suggests that she felt the same way. Victor tells the others that Abby and Stitch need some alone time.

Vic proposes a toast to Travis after his first day at the company. He mentions that he’s not too worried about Jabot coming after them. Victor trusts that Travis can handle it. Nikki asks about Travis’ parents and he fills her in. His mom was a teacher and his dad was a boat salesman.

Victor mentions that Travis put himself through school before his Wall Street success. Travis hints that he just wasn’t interested in that life anymore. Nearby, Stitch gets paged and has to return to the hospital. Once he’s gone, Abby tells Ashley that they’re trying to work things out. Ashley asks why Abby doesn’t seem happy.

Abby notes that she lied about knowing when she wanted to be with Stitch. She’s not sure she ever had that special moment. Back with Victor, he heads off with Nikki. Travis turns to Victoria and admits that he hasn’t been completely honest with her. He fears Ashley could use the dirt she knows in Newman and Jabot’s war.

Travis updates Victoria on Michelle and how the affair got him thrown out of the biz. He feels like his behavior was disgusting and it was time for him to change his ways. Victoria guesses that Michelle was the woman Travis said he loved before her. At the athletic club, Nikki asks Victor if he brought Travis on board to lure Victoria back to Newman Enterprises.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will have to lie when she’s caught in a tight spot. At Hank’s bar, Mariah tries to leave behind the repairman’s phone. A waitress stops Mariah and tells her not to forget it. Mariah is forced to take the phone with her.

Kevin (Greg Rikaart) runs into Mariah as she’s moving toward the door. He asks what she’s doing there. Mariah fibs that she came to meet a guy, but she was stood up. Kevin explains that he hopes to find the repairman’s phone, but it’s tough since it’s not turned on. He wishes there was a signal to follow.

Mariah exits and Kevin asks the woman behind the bar if she’s seen the phone. She says no, but reveals that the girl Kevin was speaking with nearly left hers behind. Later, Mariah turns the phone on in the park and tosses it in a garbage can. She comes home and gives Sharon (Sharon Case) the news that she took care of it. Sharon insists she’ll do her part by keeping Patty happy.

At the facility, Patty gets a new canvas and paints herself with a cat outside in the sun. Elsewhere, Kevin traces the phone and leaves to track it down with Dylan. They locate it in the park and realize that someone planted it there for them to find. Y&R rumors hint that Sharon and Mariah’s plan could hit a few snags. Stay tuned to see what’s in store.
